V explained the whole process, time and cost of my Ceramic Coating. She literally was texting me the entire during the entire process keeping me up to date and when my car would be ready for pickup. She also gave me a list of about 6 places I should check out for washing my new car using the touchless brushless facilities in town from her own experience. Don't forget to ask her about her "Pink Subie"..... a Pink Subaru!!! She is truly a delight to both chat to and ask questions about the entire process. The work done was really great. It was flawless to be honest. The ceramic coating gives such a shine. I've had them add on a few aftermarket items such as mud flaps, and carbon fiber to the interior which came out looking as good as if it was original. Absolutely the best! Highly recommend them!

I hired him to do a headlight restoration on my 2015 Lexus IS250 and if you know anything about this car, it's not the simplest job in the world. The curvature of the headlights and the thin daytime running lamps make for a challenge to the untrained, e.g. Me. It was easy to schedule an appointment. He responds so quickly and a couple of texts back and forth and I was scheduled at 8AM the next day with upfront, transparent pricing. Then you know what happened? He showed up ON TIME! That shows that he respects my time. After doing a walkthrough of the vehicle with him, he didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. I really appreciated his honesty about the job at hand. However, I know that when I'm ready for a full detail job which will include paint correction and engine bay cleaning, I'll be contacting Pristine Auto Lab for the job. Jackson then got right to work. I saw the meticulous attention to detail while he sanded down my headlights and applied the ceramic coating to the pair of headlights. He backs up his work with his personal guarantee and that just assured me that I couldn't go wrong choosing this company to do the work on my car. On top of all of this, having the work performed in my garage saved me time, gas, and allowed me to spend more time with my family instead of wasting my morning sitting in a shop. It also allowed me to forego having to visit said shop that may try to gouge me on the price of their work. His van is so clean and I found out that he built and installed every single component inside of it and that just shows the pride puts into the work that he does and this business that he's building. The man hauls around a de-ionized water tank in his van for crying out loud! So you can bet your house (or car) that you won't be seeing any hard water spots on your car if you have it serviced by Pristine Auto Lab! Thank you, Jackson!
