Absolutely terrible! Now I need a new motor!!! DO NOT TRUST!!! I brought my (new to me) boat in for them to fully check out and prep it for the season. First they said there was gas in the oil and that I needed to rebuild the carburator.. I don't know boat motors that well, but I figured a rebuild wouldn't hurt, so fine. They put in two off-brand batteries and made me buy them (I would've bought my own). Greasy foot prints all over the seats that I had just fully cleaned. I fully fueled the boat up and put it in at Cottonwood Cove. Gas gage wasn't working (later learned they riged a mini bottle to the sender, which in no way worked). Boat struggled, but made it to Willow Beach, where it stopped running, and wouldn't restart. Batterys failed and wouldn't charge. Stranded... with truck/traailer down river. Next day... new battery, turned over but still wouldn't start, even with starting fluid. Took it to someone else... fuel in oil again, and water in the cylindars, lame bottle thing in fuel sender float. Motor is done and needs to be replaced, likely the exhaust manifolds too. read more

I contracted with Envy Marine for a new Bimini. The workmanship on it was terrible. They redid it once but it was still subpar workmanship. He offered to redo it a 3rd time but I did not have confidence his canvas guy could make it right. I asked for my money back ($1400) but he only offered $700 back. I took it because I wanted the 6 month long nightmare to be over. The owner, Corey also does not return calls and will insult you when he is clearly in the wrong. Never I mean never leave your boat in the hands of this place BEWARE !!!!!!.This was the worst experience that I have ever encountered in my lifetime.My boat was in this place from march to July.Corey is the biggest lier and bullshiter I have ever seen.I contracted him to reupholster my 35ft fountain also to do a few other things I gave him a 3500 dollar deposit month after month nothing but broken promise after broken promise .Fast forward he promised to transport boat to me because of the inconvience he had caused me a few days before he was suppose to bring the boat to me he backs out once again another broken promise I drive out to pick up the boat only to find out the upholstery was incomplete also he was suppose to install a winch that was not done original carpet was removed from the boat with no replacement carpet .My plan is to see Envy Marine in court this is un exceptable read more

If you're not the WHITE color stay clear. I've had some very suspect interactions with the owner. Even if you are the WHITE color, they'll screw you over anyways. Plenty of bad reviews online (Facebook) to read about. So do yourself a favor and try another shop. read more

THIS MAY SAVE YOUR BOAT: Took my Four Winns in to have water pump installed & new fuel pump wired. At first I was told the engine ran at high RPM's but the carburetor needed a rebuild because the engine would not idle. THE IDLE SCREW WAS NOT ADJUSTED CORRECTLY! Should have checked the work before I paid the invoice. Was told that the boat was out of fuel so it wouldn't start which seems odd since it had over 20 gallons in the tank. When I got home, I discovered that the fuel pump was not wired properly, and that the positive & negative were reversed! PUMP IS TOAST! Replaced the pump with the old mechanical pump which works fine. I had just rebuilt the outdrive, but the shop decided to service it when they were told not to touch it. Found oil running out of it over the next week. Top cover had debris under it---remember this was a rebuilt unit. And the drain plug was damaged and left loose. NO OIL IN THE UNIT! So, I had to fix this too! Oh, I found an alcoholic beverage can in the bilge along with other trash. Finally, was able to start the engine for a test run this morning. The water pump was not properly installed either. Besides the bolts in the cover being left loose, the impeller was damaged, the housing melted & no sealer was used on the gasket. Wrong sealant used on the pump housing. MORE & MORE MONEY WASTED! Since the engine overheated because of the improper work, I must assume the exhaust dampers replaced while overhauling the engine are also ruined---MORE TO COME ON THIS. Corey of course has never called me after I complained to Michelle and made 3 visits to get a refund. This may be headed to court since the actual cost to me is several times the $440 wasted at Envy Marine. AVOID THIS SHOP! read more

Hired these guys to fix a generator, sent them a photo of the boat and slip info and they repaired someone else's boat. After waiting several months for refund, I finally had to dispute the charge for them to get back to me. They gave me a partial refund and to add insult they wont do anymore work for me. As if I was the problem. Not only did they take no responsibility for what they did, but also made sure to make me feel I was not a good enough customer for them. Dropped boat off in the fall and here we are with no boat mid-summer. Destroyed our wrap, ruined our engine steps, missing breakaway trailer chain, jack stand bent, crank on trailer to pull boat on it broke. Put a cleat in the wrong place than did a shit job fixing it. Picked our boat up in a million pieces. This place is a joke. BEWARE read more
