I went to Marine Propeller to get information on upgrading my prop. During the conversation with Adam he informed me they also work on Pontoons. I took my pontoon to install a second battery with a new product (Blue Sea add a battery 1494) which was a bit complicated. I also ask if they would install Lowrance Elite FS 7 Fish Finder and do the yearly maintenance on my Yamaha outboard. I picked up the boat and left out of town for several months. Upon my return I notice there was a small issue with the second battery install. I called and Adam with hesitation had me take the boat back the next day to correct the issue. When I picked the boat up everything was perfect including the custom work and fabrication they had done based on my request. I have been using adam to do all my prop work since the mid nineties (back when he was with r&r prop shop. )I have a custom prop on my surface drive . I have always been very happy with his work.If the work was not flawless it could throw a blade. He has excellent customer service . Over the years when I wanted to try different props . He would rent them to me then if I bought it he applied the rental to the purchase . I took in a broken Minnkota Talon on Monday and needed it repaired under warranty by EOD Thursday. These guys were swamped but Adam came in early to work on it and insure I had it back Thursday morning. The Talon now works as good as the first day I bought it. I dropped my boat off on Thursday morning. The drive would not even shift. I called my usual Marine shop and they said they were weeks out before they could even look at my boat. Adam had my drive torn apart fixed and back together the very next day! My first time going here like seven years ago, I wasn't sure what pitch prop I wanted on my boat, Adam let me take multiple props with no deposit to decide which one I wanted. Who does that anymore? NOT even 1 star! WORST business in las vegas area! I would NOT recommend this business to anyone! I'm still waiting for my engine after 1 1/2 yrs. They're trying to extort more money from me. I have copies of checks, receipts, work orders, witnesses, etc. They will not return my engine back to me after work was paid in full! They want more money! I'm in the process of filing law-suit against them! These guys are crooks, and will be out of business. Better Business Bureau & Nevada Attorney General, etc. soon to be involved. BEWARE!!!
