I give this place 4 stars for two reasons: 1) They have BROWN RICE! It is impossible to find brown rice at any restaurants around here, whether Mexican, Chinese, etc. And brown rice is an important element in healthy eating (so much better than white rice)...I appreciate Chipotle for offering it! 2) They offer a VEGAN meat option! This opens up a whole new avenue for vegans, and around here, that is HUGE! It is hard to find vegan options around here, especially vegan meat options. The rest of the food (beans, pico, guac, meats, etc.) are good...not exceptional, but good. The chips, in our experience, have been a little on the stale side more often than not. They are thin and have potential, but need to be fresher. The folks who work here are exceptional. They are friendly, have a great attitude and smile a lot. What more can I say? They represent this Chipolte well, and it is always a pleasure to go in, knowing we will be treated with courtesy and respect. I recommend this Chipolte. Just don't expect the best food you ever had. It was inedible for me and I just worked around the rest. The steak had a good char and had nice flavor, but was a bit dry. The tacos my husband ordered seemed a bit messy, and the meat was in large chunks rather than chopped in smaller pieces like how we've normally had steak tacos.
