They recently introduced an online booking system, which sounds great in theory but has been somewhat frustrating to use, and I often end up calling anyway. The in-office receptionists are wonderful--friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful--but phone support feels more centralized and less informed. Overall, still a practice I trust and recommend.

I have had this done before at other doctors offices with great results. I will be going somewhere with an experienced injector next time. UPDATE: I have uploaded pictures showing my still lumpy face on 3/1/17. I also disputed the charges with my credit card company and won after they saw the photos, correspondence between the company, and info from my second and third opinions on how to handle the poor placement and overfilling. The owner did have a chance to submit a rebuttal and it was very inaccurate and insulting. I was appalled in the response to the credit card company that the owner stated that I could not be pleased and had unrealistic facial expectations. You can look at the photos I have posted (taken today 3/1/17) and see the results for yourself. Keep in mind the injections were done mid-October. It is horrible, that the owner thinks she gave a good service. There were several red flags and I wished I would have listened to my gut. This might be a good place for an overpriced facial but beware of injections.

The Doc listens to your concerns and develops a plan. After really a thorough battery of test another consultation, the plan is explained in detail. I am now down 89 pounds. I am no longer on blood pressure medicine and my a1c numbers have dropped significantly. I feel stronger and have a lot more energy. I go to IM as a supplement to my family physician as cookie cutter medicine did not have the answers I needed. My primary care physician was impressed with the testing that Dr. Petteruti performed and really impressed with the results. So much so that I only need to see her once a year. One issue I had that IM's testing showed was a high level of heavy metals. As my career was spent in manufacturing, that is not surprising. The chelation IV drips are addressing that issue. Again, my primary care doc is all on board with Dr. Petteruti's treatments. Big box medicine addresses symptoms in a wack -a- mole methodology. The outcome was that he would not have been able to stitch close the incision any differently than the dermatologist would so I chose to have the dermatologist complete the surgery and closing. I was charged $125 for this consultation. I was not told there would be a consultation fee so when I got the bill I thought it was a mistake. Doctors offices should be open and communicate with their patients so we can make informed decisions but today it seems to be more about the money than helping the patient.
