The Doc listens to your concerns and develops a plan. After really a thorough battery of test another consultation, the plan is explained in detail. I am now down 89 pounds. I am no longer on blood pressure medicine and my a1c numbers have dropped significantly. I feel stronger and have a lot more energy. I go to IM as a supplement to my family physician as cookie cutter medicine did not have the answers I needed. My primary care physician was impressed with the testing that Dr. Petteruti performed and really impressed with the results. So much so that I only need to see her once a year. One issue I had that IM's testing showed was a high level of heavy metals. As my career was spent in manufacturing, that is not surprising. The chelation IV drips are addressing that issue. So I called Michelle at dr Ross office and asked if she could squeeze me in and she said ok come at 3 pm .So I left work When I got there he checked my blood pressure did a ekg which was fine and took a blood test to see if they could find any other cause .I left thinking maybe I just had a flu or something .I went home and went straight to bed at 2 am my son came into my room and said dad it's dr Ross he told me that my blood test showed I was having the heart attack-and to not panic but call an ambulance .I told him I feel fine I just got a few hours sleep and I was ok I will have my wife drive me .He said listen to me young man I have done this before and stay put and call the ambulance .Thank god I did because when I got halfway to the hospital I had the heart attack ..the emts began working on me in the ambulance and they ran me into the operating room .I remeber thinking I can't believe I am gonna die In the back of an ambulance and I can't say goodbye to anyone .well obviously I survived .The doctor told me I could have died in my sleep that night ..I will be forever grateful for dr Ross and michelle for being so professional and saving my life .If your looking for a doctor who cares about people he's it !!

Extremely frustrating and inconsistent care. In October, I…read morehad a UTI and was prescribed antibiotics immediately based on symptoms. Seven months later, I had the same symptoms and was told I now needed lab testing before treatment would even be considered. The "standard of care" seems to change depending on the day, which makes it very hard to trust the guidance you're getting. The overall experience feels slow, rigid, and impractical. Messaging takes 30-45 minutes per response, and conversations often get cut off at the end of the day, forcing simple issues to drag into the next day. What's most frustrating is being told to go to urgent care for issues that should reasonably be handled by a primary care provider. That defeats the entire purpose of having a PCP and often results in additional out-of-pocket costs. Even routine care felt limited. During a scheduled physical, I was told I couldn't discuss basic health concerns and had to book (and pay for) a separate visit as a physical was just to "cover the basics". Huh???? Not to mention the NP was cold and short throughout the entire interaction. Overall, this does not feel like accessible or effective primary care. It feels like a fragmented system that adds extra steps, delays, and costs for very basic issues. 0/10 would not recommend.

Service is also excellent with immediate responses to all questions or needs. I recently had to get a Covid test prior to a flight and a negative result no longer than 48 hours prior to arrival was necessary. Since the flight was 19 hours that left a very short window. I contacted Dr. Cunningham and had a test scheduled within the hour and the results back the next morning.
