She is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and always makes me feel comfortable and heard. What I appreciate most about Erin is that she never makes you feel pressured into doing something just because it's an option. She takes the time to explain what she recommends, why she recommends it, and what your options are so you can make a decision that feels right for you. She's also constantly continuing her education, which gives me so much confidence that I'm getting thoughtful, up-to-date care. The Totum Lake location is beautiful, welcoming, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone I've interacted with has been kind and friendly, which makes the whole experience that much better. Erin is truly one of those providers I recommend without hesitation. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, approachable, and genuinely cares about her patients, go see Erin! You won't regret it. 10/10!

From start to finish, the experience has always been excellent, and I feel well taken care of every time I visit. My favorite technician is Jessica. I've been going to her for the past four years, and she is always friendly, professional, and attentive. She consistently does an amazing job and makes every appointment a positive experience. One thing I especially appreciate is that they never pressure you into buying extra services or products. They simply provide great service and let you make your own decisions. It's refreshing to find a business that truly puts customer care first. I highly recommend them you really can't go wrong.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PACKAGE OR TREATMENT FROM LASERAWAY…read more I purchased a package for hair removal of 3 areas during the Winter of 2025. This included a down payment and recurring monthly payments. I was able to receive a total of only two services over the span of eight months. Every time I tried to schedule an appointment, I received a notification the day before or a few days prior that my appointment was canceled due to "unforeseen circumstances." This happened SEVERAL times. I filed a dispute with the finance company and I was told I'd been denied. When I called LaserAway because I thought I should just keep trying to get an appointment booked, I was told I had no treatments left and that I'd been refunded! I've received no refund, and am told by the finance company I was only given a partial reduction. So I have 1) Not been given a refund 2) Paid $1.7k+ for just two treatments and 3) I cannot even receive the services I'm paying for. Please save yourself and go somewhere else

Went for free consultation to explore options for facial hair laser. Before I could even talk with…read moresomeone I had to fill out a form re history and vital statistics. Then was subjected to a sales presentation. Before being given the pricing, I was asked to fill out a financing form which included social security number address and all identity info. I declined the form and was told if I signed up today and today only I would have 70% off. No pressure marketing ? I think not. Leaves me wondering what the quality of the care is? There was no explanation of who and what qualifications the laser partitioner holds. Also, they do not offer lidocaine numbing cream!!! You know why? It takes minimum 10 minutes to be effective! And they don't want to budget this time. --- run away far away

Making the appointment through Vagaro was easy, walked me through a thorough intake form, and allowed me to choose my esthetician. I went with Allegra who was a darling from the minute I stepped into Dermaspace. Any worries or fears quickly drifted off given the dim lighting, chill music and zen ambiance. Allegra had a sweet personality, explained the entire process from start to finish, was knowledgeable about anything related to skincare and health, and most importantly, gentle. The facial was around an hour and fifteen minutes, including a discussion of my skin concerns, allergies, goals, etc. It consisted of roughly four total steps: 1) Gentle facial cleansing and exfoliation 2) Moisturization and detoxification using yucca soaked cloth within a volcanic heated cone 3) Deep cleaning of my entire face, clearing out any and all clogged pores 4) Ionization facial wrap of nourishing cotton with a leather mask connected to low voltage electrical current in order to ionize the solution. Afterwards, my face felt completely refreshed and as if years were taken off. There is a reason it has won the best facial in Seattle/PNW for many years--the treatment is truly results driven and very effective. I plan to be back soon.

I was supposed to have an appointment today but realized this morning that I hadn't gotten any confirmation from them, so I called to make sure I was still on the schedule before heading over. They told me "my" doctor, a person I had not met before, had left the practice and they would not have the capacity to reschedule me. They offered to give me the number of another clinic that they're offloading patients to. They claimed I should have received a letter and a text that my appointment was cancelled. I never got a letter, and when I went back and looked, the text I received did not actually indicate to me that the person leaving the practice was my doctor. It just said that a doctor was leaving the practice and IF you happened to have an upcoming appointment with that doctor, you should call to reschedule. Needless to say, the writing has been on the wall for awhile that this is not a clinic with a future for the kind of derms patient I am (maybe, as another review surmises, they are going 100% cosmetic which means less annoyance with insurance and more money per visit), and I guess I'm glad to have had them force me out as a patient so I can find a doctor who I will actually recognize from year to year. But man, what an unprofessional way to go about it with a pretty long term patient.

Daughter injured during pedicure and owner took no responsibility for it :(…read more My 5th grade daughter's cuticle got cut and infected. We incurred a doctor bill, she missed school and ballet class. My wife called to complain and they asked for proof versus offering an apology adding insult to injury. I decided to call and they treated it as "unsatisfactory service" rather than the alarming incident that it was. They offered to refund the specific pedicure service but shorted me the refund anyway. I expected an apology and some show of accountability and goodwill, but only got a lecture about them being a small business and that mistakes happen. WOW, how about making good on your mistake like a business owner who cares about their customer? We won't be back and we'll be sharing with our friends who will also be ex-customers. You continue to defend and explain from your obtuse perch... This was not simply an "unsatisfactory service." A child was injured, developed an infection, that elevated to a need for medical care (and yet you question why days later?), and missed school and ballet. Your restaurant analogy about credit for an unsatisfactory dish in our conversation misses the point. The equivalent is not an unsatisfactory dish--it is a dish causing food poisoning. Refunding that dish alone would not address the resulting harm or medical expense. Accountability is not explaining why you did enough; it is recognizing when your response fell short and making it right.
