I had a bad breakout on my chin and Natalie was able to minimize the appearance and greatly reduce the redness. My skin looks so much better! She took her time and explained each step and product. Clean, Attentive to your needs, and a wax like butter! Natalie is absolutely awesome, I have been coming here consecutively for over a year now, maybe a year and a half. This space is actually really cute and private, it's completely dust free and she sanitizes religiously (that's important to me in general even pre-covid). When I first started coming here I had been to random salons to get waxed but had a bad experience with burns and not getting the attention I think I needed with a brazilian so I went on yelp and seen what was close to me. This was right when covid was beginning and her oncoming paperwork was already something else, she was sure about getting to know MY skin and how sensitive I am. When I did come in for my appointment, it was like no other. THIS IS NOT JUST A WAX, she took the time to test the wax to see if I was sensitive to it and even to this day we still do, she gave me an aftercare routine with ingrown hair actual treatment and advice for aftercare. I wish I never slept on Natalie and her amazing services!!!! I've seen her 4 times already and each time I have left happy and impressed with her care. She's very generous with her knowledge, time and products. I have oily, acne prone, acne scarred and large pores. In helping me reach my skin goals I've had microdermabrasion, 5layer chemical peel, high frequency with cheese cloth and glass wand and the Led light therapy mask.
