I had to cancel a same-day appointment due to a work emergency and was told over the phone it was "no problem." By Chastity (I think that was her name if I remember correctly). Later, I noticed a $25 cancellation fee charged to my credit card, even though my membership is set up on my debit card. I was never informed about the fee during the call, nor did I authorize my credit card to be used for membership charges. At my next visit, I updated my debit card information, but my monthly membership was again charged to my credit card. When I stopped by to purchase a Valentine's Day gift card that weekend, I explained the situation to the front desk and was told they wouldn't have charged it without authorization. There was no apology or acknowledgment, which was disappointing, especially given I was actively supporting the business. The estheticians are great, but the billing confusion and lack of customer service at the front desk have me reconsidering my membership.

I saw Katerina and although very sweet I think she needs re training on how to do micro needling. Her passes are all over and she dug the needle into my smile lines and forehead. This morning Katarina the laser technician called, she said that it was going to be over $300 MORE than what I was told the afternoon before. I was shocked, I asked about the multiple tattoo discount, she said she wasn't sure and she put me on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and decided to call back and just cancel. Anna answered the phone and I asked her about the massive difference in cost- she claimed that she didn't recall speaking with me the afternoon prior- Yeah, right. Selective amnesia. So, by this point I just told her to cancel my appointment. She needs to have her head checked. Katarina called back and gave me another quote with the "discount", still well over $200 what I was quoted the afternoon before. They were not apologetic at all. Poor customer service. I'm familiar with it, and I have no problem saying no, but want to mention to folks who are considering coming who may not be familiar so it's not surprising when it happens. Typically they stop if you say no, and this was my experience here so it was fine. The location is awesome and there is enough to do here to keep you occupied for a couple hours. You could really make a whole day of it if you get a couple services, want to do some shopping or browsing, and a meal. Speaking of food, it's worth mentioning they have a little tea and snack bar in the lobby. The furniture here is not that comfortable and does not feel cozy. I don't think they designed it to actually keep people here longer than a few mins, so it's not a spa lounge by any means but has the basics you'd expect for spa treats like water, tea, and a few snacks.
