First off, the business is around the building of the parking lot. There is no backdoor so just be aware of that. The waiting room is small but they do offer self served coffee which is nice. If you're a new client be aware that you MUST arrive early to fill out paper work. If you arrive right on time and fill your paper work out, they will take that time off your service. My first facial was fine. She spent about 45 mins on me (I arrived early and filled out my paper work on time but they were the ones running behind & my time got docked if because of it). The esthetician was skilled though and I did feel very relaxed and taken care of. One thing was that in the middle of the service she had to leave the room to get a machine from another room. Making an appointment here is a nightmare though! You can call and you'll get sent to voicemail, which is full by the way! I called multiple times over a two day span and no one was able to answer my call. I also texted which no one replied to BUT they did read it which I thought was extremely rude. I even emailed and I never got a response back! Finally I had to go in person to make an appointment which was a very big inconvenience for me. If I didn't buy the package or I could get a refund on my Groupons, I wouldn't come back to this place. The customer service is terrible.
