BEWARE -- WATCH YOUR INVOICES AND SERVICES CLOSELY…read more I started using this company back in August after seeing their crews frequently working in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been extremely disappointing. I have been charged multiple times for services that, based on what I can personally verify, were not completed as stated. I have cameras around my property, so I am able to see when crews arrive, how long they are at my home, and what work is actually performed. For example, I have been charged for tree trimming when I cannot see where the trees were trimmed. I have also been charged for pulling weeds from my flower beds, yet my son and I have been the ones pulling those weeds ourselves. My biggest concern is that the charges and descriptions on my invoices simply do not appear to match the work I am seeing performed at my property. Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this company. If you currently use them, I strongly suggest reviewing your invoices carefully, documenting the condition of your property, and verifying that every service you are being charged for was actually completed. I expected to pay for professional lawn and landscaping services--not to repeatedly question whether I was being billed for work that was actually performed.

Due to good ole HOA, we had to get College Fund to replace some sod in problem area of our front yard. At 1st, everything seemed going better. We had yard meticulously cared for, from watering (on our part) to keeping weeds and such out of yard. Then we started noticing issues again, although smaller, still needed areas fixed. Chris honored their satellite guarantee. Their team promptly fixed the bare spot issues, completely transforming our lawn into one of the better looking, healthy yards on our block! Thank you & Again, Highly recommend College Fund Landscaping for your yard treatment, maintenance or transformation.

From the beginning, the project had been in the hands of Arborist Bryan Adkins, who had helped plan and cost out the work we had requested. Scheduling was a breeze, and Bryan and the team arrived right on time. If I went into the admiration for the efforts put forth by the crew this would not end. The teamwork... the ability to plan, cut and move tree limbs seemed to go effortlessly! What a thing to watch. Last phase was the cleanup, done as professionally as rest of the job. We highly recommend Arborilogical Services, Inc. for services well rendered!!!

If I could turn back time, I would just purchase lawn applications and fertilizers from Lowe's or Home Depot and apply it myself. After a few applications, I noticed zero improvement and reached out to Granulawn. Lewis was quick to respond and came out the next day. I explained my frustration and pointed out the areas of concern. Several times I requested to pull the problematic weeds. Each time only a handful were pulled and I was assured to trust their process and believe in their products. A year later, 2023 same result. Granulawn notified again for poor outcomes. Fast forward to now, over 1,000 out of pocket, weeds have quadrupled, resulting in me having the worst yard on the block. I've been extremely patient with this company with hopes their treatment plan will result in a beautiful weed freed yard. Boy was I wrong. My yard is completely covered in weeds. Run. Run. Run from this company and do your research before wasting your money on poor impacting lawn care treatment plans. Signed a disappointed customer, AB
