He also has issues with a different customer prior to me. If you are planning to get any work done here, I would highly recommend giving at least 2-3 nights in advance for any repair or hot wax. They do support a lot of services but are clearly backed up.

So I ask to speak with a manager to see if it's something They/Them could help with "IM THE TEAM LEAD TODAY" And she just walks away! So I just kind of stand there and look for any signs that say NO RETURNS ON HELMETS by the register or even by the helmet section or even on the receipt. NOTHING So while I'm standing there to let her finish up with the two gentleman renting skis. A guy from the back walks up "hey my man how can I help you" i explained to him the same thing i said to the lady. (In front of her while she's helping the guys. I didn't want it to seem like I was going behind her after she's said what she's had to say) She stops what she's doing and says he wore it and it doesn't have a box. The guy is genuinely trying to help with the situation (I honestly appreciate his efforts) and he says to her "You want to call THE MANAGER" to see what he wants to do" OK! They/Them/She says "yea, but I'm going into the OFFICE" lol I watched her walk to the back and They/Them/She broke the entrance of the office and turns around says (ITS A HARD NO FROM HIM) lol I just smirked and thanked the guy and walked out. All that to say, Zero STAR type of day! I'm not mad or upset about it. Just the Customer service from that one person was trash. Lol I'll definitely be back, I like the store overall. But if this is something that's policy you should definitely have it advertised or at least on the receipt. To let the consumers know that this is what they're signing up for. That's all, That's it. We are a…read morebig family so when we came to pick up our equipment, they were prepared, had each of our family members fitted right away, had one guy stationed to collect our information, had another for sizing, then had several guys getting all of our equipment. They even labeled our names with all of our equipment so when we put them in the SUV, we knew exactly who they were for. They ran out of size for my ski pants, but thankfully they had a 10% seasonal sale so bought one for myself and away we went!! Love that they have a huge inventory on rentals as well as for sale items too. They even carried camera holder equipment so you can record your video and attached it on to your helmet. I chose 1 year but you can choose from a good variety of options up to three years! 5 star experience... While I walked about I was asked by a floor monitor if they could assist me with anything... I asked T question and they responded kindly good people in the store. I got some Iowa beef sticks... they also had good variety of jerky... that meaty juicy type not dried. I asked AI what are the top 5 most popular lures that work best in Utah and the store had all of them. I took them, a great Nike T shirt and my beefsteak at the cashiers near the entrance, paid and bid good day. I'd shop this place again.

(I had several questions) 10 minutes in golf department. Same story. 20 minutes in BBQ and the two guys there seemed more worried about the display looking great than offering help. I've always loved Scheels but I am very disappointed with the current lake of service or lack of. I hope things improve! (I only spent $250)
