Terrible service won't even go in the back and check to see if a certain pro scooter is in stock. What a waste of time.

A huge thank you to Eric and Matt for taking the time to help our family. Eric was incredibly helpful with my son, who recently started track and field and is learning shot put and discus. He gave him great advice not only on the right beginner equipment, but also shared helpful tips on building endurance for running long distances. It was great seeing someone take the time to encourage a young athlete who is just getting started. At the same time, Matt was helping both my wife and my son and really dialed in what shoes would work best for them. My wife has been a nurse for many years, spending long hours on her feet, and Matt's experience with customers who work in similar fields really showed. He helped narrow down the right shoe and support options based on real feedback from people who rely on these shoes every day. What impressed us most was how knowledgeable and patient everyone was. They really listened to our concerns about foot pain, sizing, and proper support, and helped us explore options like custom insoles and the right shoe fit. They also carry track and field supplies, which made it easy for us to pick up the right shot put and discus for my son as he begins his journey in the sport. Another thing we appreciated is that they offer discounts for local school track and field athletes as well as professionals like nurses and others who spend long hours on their feet, which shows they truly care about supporting their community. The store itself is also really cool inside -- welcoming, well organized, and clearly built around helping athletes and everyday professionals alike. Highly recommend this place if you're a runner, athlete, healthcare worker, or anyone who spends long hours on their feet and wants expert guidance. We'll definitely be back.

I can't say enough good about this shoe store. I was a…read moreyears-long loyal VIP member of a much larger running shoe store (a chain) and had become incredibly unhappy with their inconsistent analysis of my foot/gait, the staff's disinterest in getting my shoes right, and inability to actually get me a shoe that was exactly what I needed. I discontinued my membership after months of trying all the wrong shoes they suggested for me and feeling frustrated that they were unable to get me the shoe I was asking for. I went to On Track and in my first visit there, had a better understanding of my foot, the different models of the particular shoe I was after, a very in-depth discussion about the differences in the models, and they ordered the EXACT shoe we agreed on, which was the one I had been trying to get for almost 9 months. Matt, the manager, was incredible. Very knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing and personable - he was invested in me and my needs from the start to the finish. After the shoe arrived to the store, I went in for a final fitting and had to bring my 3 and 4 year olds with me. He made space for them to play and explore some of their merchandise without even a hesitation while he and I focused on my shoes. I had my shoes within a week of my first visit, and they are perfect. PLEASE visit this store and experience their top notch knowledge and customer service!!!

While trying on a pair of boots, I briefly sat on a ladder that had been left out on the sales floor. Within seconds, an employee named Alexis (brown Nike sweater) rushed over and, in an aggressive tone, demanded that I "get off the ladder right now." I immediately acknowledged her and began complying, but I needed a moment to put my shoe back on. Despite this, she continued repeating, in a raised and hostile voice, that I needed to get off "right now," not allowing me even a second to finish putting my shoe on. I asked why I was being spoken to that way while actively complying, but the tone never changed. At one point, she stated she was "not going to get in trouble for this." Once I stood up, she forcefully pushed the ladder toward the back of the store in a visibly frustrated manner, murmuring curse words under her breath and even running into an aisle. This entire interaction happened in front of other customers, including a family. I asked for her name and to speak with a manager, but was told no manager was present and to go to the cashier. By the time I got to the front, I was visibly shaking and trying to hold back tears because I couldn't believe how I had just been spoken to. The cashier (glasses lady) initially seemed somewhat understanding and told me I could contact the store manager (Humberto) the next day. However, when my fiancé went back in to ask for a customer service number to file a formal complaint, her demeanor completely changed. She became dismissive, said "there are two sides to the story," and refused to provide any additional help or explanation. At that point, it felt like we were being treated as if we were lying or had done something wrong. I fully understand safety concerns and would have had absolutely no issue moving if I had been approached in a calm and respectful way. A simple, "Hey, I'm sorry, we can't have customers sit on the ladder, but you're welcome to use the seating area," would have resolved this immediately. Instead, the situation was handled with hostility from the start and escalated unnecessarily, leaving me so upset that I left the store in tears. This kind of behavior is not acceptable, and no customer should be treated this way over something so minor.
