So, I had a prescription of Iron medicine for my Kid. They provided an over-the-counter medicine charging me more than 3 times than its available on Target/Walmart/Amazon. It was not a generic / Custom medicine. Market price is around $8 and I was charged $31 for the same brand and quantity. That huge was the difference. When I understood the issue, I went back next day with the bottle (not opened and sealed and they didn't agree to take it back. If it was a custom created medicine, I would have agreed but it was just a standard medicine. Pharmacies do have a policy to not take medicines back but it's not applicable for over-the-counter ones. Sorry Colonia, I am not going to recommend you to anyone anymore.

She entered my information and told me I was right. I walked out with no charge. That was April. End of June I get a bill from Minuteclinic for $153. I saw they had billed Medicare plan B and thought that was the problem. The shingles vaccine comes under Plan D. I called their help line and the woman told me they do not work with Plan D. I was stuck. She told me to contact Medicare but Medicare didn't pull a fast one . CVS' Minuteclinic did.

Horrible service. Set up a delivery for a medication on a Thursday, got a phone call shortly after…read moresaying they couldn't deliver it Thursday but could deliver it Friday. Friday came and they never delivered it. I never got a phone call either telling me it wouldn't be coming that day and they were already closed. Had to wait through the weekend to call and find out why my medication was not delivered. In the meantime, I became sick without the med and had to go out and spend money on other meds to compensate. It took me a month to get rid of the infection and now it's back again and worse than before thanks to PFSP. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone, I was told it was a supply issue. We set up another delivery on Monday for the following day. Before hanging up I asked them to please be sure I would be getting it on Tuesday. If not, I would make other arrangements to try to get the generic form of this med with another pharmacy. I was told it would be in stock tomorrow and would be delivered on Tuesday. About a half hour later, I got a phone call stating the med wouldn't be in stock by then and I'd have to wait until they delivered it on Wednesday. We'll see if it's actually delivered by then, but I am not hopeful. Please, if you care about your health or the health of your loved ones do not use this pharmacy.

He kept falling and I called them asking if they had a walker with wheels, seat and brakes and they did; it also comes in colors. Not only did they have it available, but they delivered it to my Dad within 10 minutes. This touched my heart. You do not see service like this anymore.
