Their phone representatives are all friendly but have no authority or knowledge and the pharmacists seem just a cut below normal pharmacists. But once you have all your drugs in the system, it's heaven. My insurance approves 90 day supplies now.... which they never did through Ralphs. And drugs arrive same day or next day. And the cost is so low. They give you the insurance price or their price... so can choose the lowest. It's a dream. Ask you doc to send in 90 day supplies with 3 refills and you'll be set for the year!

God forbid it was a serious medication. I'm now using the vet's online pharmacy. Where is the value if the service just flat out doesn't function? There is no value.

I have never received the product. After waiting for my order, I tried calling Axiom and no one answered. I then contacted them by email. Instead of actually investigating the missing order, their response was simply a forwarded email showing a supposed FedEx delivery date of July 14. I explained that the package was never delivered to me. They then sent me a FedEx photo showing three boxes sitting at my front door. I told them that I did receive those boxes, but none of them contained the item I purchased from Axiom. Their response was essentially: Sorry, we confirmed one of the boxes was the order, so contact FedEx and figure it out. That is completely unacceptable customer service. A photograph showing unrelated packages at my front door is not proof that Axiom's product was inside one of those boxes. I paid Axiom for a laboratory product, I never received that product, and instead of taking responsibility and investigating the shipment, they pushed the problem onto me and told me to deal with FedEx. I am a business owner myself, and I would never treat a customer this way when they reported that an order they paid for was never received. Horrible and unprofessional experience from beginning to end. I still do not have the product I paid for. I absolutely DO NOT recommend Axiom Medical Supplies.

They may have improved since then, however, just reading this again made me angry all over again so I may as well publish it. It says something when a person (me) would rather pay out of pocket for CPAP supplies than deal with it through an insurance company and (this) DME. "From the beginning of my time as a CPAP customer there it was one issue after another. First it was a hassle getting them to admit that, because they took months to submit to my insurance, they ended up charging me for a deductible that I no longer owed, and then getting that money back. It took multiple calls and emails before I finally received an abusive message for not being home when they finally called. Then it was the refusal to leave messages on my phone, so weeks would pass without me knowing why things weren't arriving or that anyone had questions for me. The fact that they were always obviously put out whenever I had a question. The fact that a representative from my insurance company (!) called to get a question answered and then told me "Wow, they really are unhelpful and not very nice. You know you can switch DMEs, right?" When someone from an INSURANCE company thinks a business is deliberately unhelpful that says a lot. The last straw was when, weeks after my doctor submitted a prescription for a new mask and I had never heard anything from them, I was told, "You weren't due yet. We're never going to call you to confirm when insurance won't pay. We don't have time." Then they shipped out my supplies...and got the order wrong. Because, as I thought, they never filed the correct prescription. More calls. More rudeness. I am so relieved my machine is paid off so I never have to deal with these terrible, unpleasant, unhelpful, dishonest and incompetent people ever again. Do NOT get tied up with them."
