Erik worked alongside his son and an apprentice, and all three were incredibly kind, polite, and easy to have in our home, even with kids around. I felt completely comfortable and trusted them enough to leave them alone in the house. They worked quickly but carefully and clearly took pride in doing things the right way. They went out of their way to minimize wall damage, including crawling through crawlspaces just to avoid unnecessary repairs. The work was clean, efficient, and thoughtfully done. Erik's pricing was shockingly fair- about a quarter of what other electricians quoted us, and the quality was truly excellent. I was so impressed that I ended up giving them additional work on the spot. Honest, respectful, and hardworking. This is the kind of electrician you hope to find, and we'll definitely be calling Erik again.

Not only was their quote literally HALF the cost of four other companies in and around Brighton,…read morebut their service and professionalism far superseded our expectations! We scheduled with this company on a Friday, I believe, for the following Thursday. We close on our home the following Friday, so Thursday was cutting it close for us to get things done. Unfortunately they had a terrible tragedy in their family and had to leave town on that Wednesday, and without giving it a second thought this company called us and came out right away to get us handled for our closing on our home before they left! They really went way above and beyond for us and several of their other clients they had scheduled for the week! They could've easily called and just canceled, but they were working overtime trying to help their clients and not leave anyone hanging!! This is why I like to support local family oriented companies! We are so sorry to hear of your tragedy and our prayers are with your family at this time! THANK YOU so much for taking the time to help us get everything in order for our closing before leaving town. We HIGHLY recommend this company above all in the Brighton area!

I called around town and was given the same song and dance: if I didn't go straight to voicemail, it would be two weeks before I could get service. I called 303 and was told they could send someone tomorrow but there was a slim chance that I could be serviced same day. A couple hours later, the office called and said that Jerett (spelling?) was on his way and would be there within an hour. He showed up and fixed all of my faulty outlets in less than 30 minutes. The office was extremely professional. So much so, I thought I was talking to an automated system at first. Jerett knew his stuff and explained what went wrong and how to fix the outlets in the future should I ever come across the same issue again. Needless to say, I will be using 303 for any and all electrical issues in the future and I will also be utilizing their services in the future for anything that needs done at my investment properties. You guys rock!

I had a very frustrating experience with Brad and would not recommend working with him…read more Brad installed a dedicated electrical circuit for my kiln. As soon as I started using the kiln, the breaker connection overheated and burned out. When Brad came back, the breaker was moved to a different location in the panel and the connections were tightened to the proper torque specification. Since then, I have completed dozens of firings without a single recurrence of the problem. The problem is that the original heat-damaged section of the panel was never actually repaired. It was simply left there and bypassed by moving the breaker. I recently contacted Brad again and asked him to come back and properly address the burned section that was left behind. Once again, rather than taking responsibility, he told me the original failure was my fault and claimed that he had already fixed the damage. That simply isn't accurate. The burned section is still there, and I now have to work with another electrician to determine what needs to be replaced and have it properly repaired. This wasn't the only issue with the job, either. During the original installation, they changed the planned trench route at the last minute and then broke through my sewer line while excavating. I was blamed for not telling them the sewer line was there, despite their decision to change the location and angle of the trench. The resulting sewer repair was also less than optimal. Mistakes happen, especially with construction and electrical work. My biggest issue isn't that something went wrong. It's the response afterward. When a problem with your work becomes apparent, I expect a professional contractor to investigate it, correct it, and take responsibility when appropriate, not repeatedly blame the customer. After seeing the kiln operate successfully through dozens of firings once the breaker was relocated and properly torqued, while the original burned section remains in my panel, I'm comfortable moving on to another electrician to finish addressing the problem. Based on my experience, I'd avoid working with someone who is unwilling to take responsibility for sloppy work when something goes wrong.
