Yesterday, on Sunday, nearly all electric companies were closed for business, but I found Stagg Electric LLC who can provide service. Johnny showed up within 30 minutes, check through the unit and electrical panel, and gave me his findings and recommendations. Nothing is wrong with my unit panel, but B line inside the panel is not getting electricity. Therefore, it could be either condo building's circuit breaker for my unit or HECO Meter is no good, or combination of both. We talked to building maintenance personnel, but since it was Sunday afternoon, nobody at building office was working. Johnny re-routed other 110V lines to good A-line so I can use all 110V (refrigerator, lights, microwave, TV etc.), so fresh and frozen food won't be spoiled, and I didn't have to suffer that night! (Thank God!) The only things that I couldn't use were dryer, AC, and cooktop (220V). On next day, first thing in the morning, Johnny talked to building manager, explained him everything over the phone, contact HECO Emergency Service, then him and HECO service man showed up in less than 45 minutes. They found no problem with HECO Meter, but found electricity flow of the breaker was very unstable (comes and goes), and recommended circuit breaker replacement. Manager agreed, so Johnny went out bought a new breaker, install it, came down to my unit re-wired everything back in place. For all these since yesterday afternoon, it only took one full day to fix the problem! I really do appreciate Johnny's knowledge, expertise, and diligently moving onto next and following steps! I tried two other electric companies before, but Stagg Electric stands out way above them! Truly recommend his professionalism, honesty, and hard work!

This had caused many (but not all) of the lights and plugs to shut off in the living room and (our/guest) bedroom. When my dad tried to reset the breaker on the panel, the power did not go back on. Once the holiday hub bub had settled (and after a few dinners at home by lamp light), he reached out to Cameron at Knoles Electric, who tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone.  When that didn't work, Cameron, who was on the road, said he'd stop by.  He arrived shortly thereafter and proceeded to check the breaker panel.  Within a couple of minutes, he had the power restored.  He made it look easy! Cameron explained about resetting the breaker switch and answered several other questions that my dad asked. We are so appreciative of Cameron for trying to help us on the phone and impressed that he was willing to stop by soon after to help us solve the problem quickly and effectively on the same day.  We found him personable and professional.  He also took the time to  answer several other unrelated electrical questions as--who knew--my parents had never worked with an electrician on this house prior to this encounter. Cel was the only one who responded swiftly and asked a bunch of questions about voltage, wattage, what my breaker box info was, what the outlets looked like, etc. He communicated with me back and forth through text messages, and in the end, he advised me that I could safely run the heat press in my second bedroom. All of that advice he gave freely and with aloha. I ran that little heat press with total peace of mind since then. When I purchased a bigger heat press in February 2021, I knew Cel was the one to contact regarding how to safely operate it in my home. I knew it was going to pull more power, and I wanted to make sure my outlets could handle it. Cel and his son Alan were super busy at the time, and I totally understood why they would be in such high demand. They were able to stop by my home to check out the outlet I wanted to run the heat press from, as well as my breaker box. It took them only about 10 minutes to assess the situation.
