Really enjoyed my time here. Both bartenders i interacted with were very chill. Made some great recommendations, and even helped out with impossibly hard trivia questions from the trivia night my friend and i had no idea was a thing until everything was all set up. The beers are pretty solid for a smaller brewery, I can't remember the names of the ones that i tried, but i 100% see myself ordering them again. Cool spot to check out! Beer was very good, s'mores seltzer was refreshing & jalapeño poppers were good too! Sat at the bar and met several people during our stay. The bar lent to that kind of vibe with strangers just striking up a conversation. If near Fernandina Beach or in Yulee check it out. You will have a fun time! Bought some swag to remember! read more

After driving halfway home, it was time for a rest and a wind down before finding somewhere to park for the night. I stopped in here for a beer and then another beer while I pounded away on the laptop. These Yelp reviews don't write themselves, you know! For a Wednesday night, it was pretty quiet with a table of four people playing some dice game and five or so regulars at the bar. Sitting at a table, I was comfortable and enjoyed the beers. Cam makes this place what it is. This is a cool local brewery woth constantly rotating taps as well as some standardized ones. Prices are a bit higher then I'd like at around $6-7 per bit that seems to becoming the standard. They release a small batch weekly and have some activities through out the week. read more

Located in a shopping plaza in Yulee, we went out of our usual path to come enjoy this brewery. My fiancé and I are currently trying to finish our beer passports and decided to start with breweries that were on the outskirts of the city. We tried 5 different beers and were so pleased with their peach pale ale that we even had to get a 32oz crowler made to take home with us. The beer was good, but what really made the experience was the staff and community built into this establishment (lots of regulars and local beer club members). You feel amongst friends and family in this establishment, which is the best way to enjoy a nice cold beer. read more

Cheapest Beer Flights in the area. Recently decided to stop i to this brewery to see how their brews tasted. Upon walking up its a smallish place located in a strip-mall. The interior decor consists of framed tank-top pictures labeling the beers they brew. Pretty cheesy/tacky but it is what it is. The brewing setup is not as big as some of the other local breweries. But a solid 4 stars for the cheapest local beer flight for $8 for x4 small pours. I would have had 2 flights but the beer was nominal tasting. I did however greatly enjoy drinking their "Ton of Bricks" imperial Porter. Very chocolatey and smooth on the pallette. **Overall nice place, but nothing really memorable. Great taproom, great service, great logo and damn good beer. My taste went more to the lighter beers here. The IPA was the best. It was a lightly hopped IPA, full of flavor. The darks (brown ale and porter) were a little thin for me. Need a little more malt. There's a nice little outdoor seating area in the front. Also, they is a $4 discount on large pizzas from the Italian place right next door if you mention SJ Brewing. Brilliant for both businesses. I'll be back...it's just too far away to become a regular. read more

We tried 4 beers and my husband and I both loved them all (a miracle considering we have very different tastes in beers!). Orange creamsicle, hazy IPA, bunny brown, and peanut butter banana beers were 4 of the smoothest and most well balanced beers we've had in NE FL. Service was great. Vibes are relaxing and low key. Clean, inviting space to enjoy beers. They just opened! Currently they only offer other beers (local Florida crafts) but they should have their beers available come Labor Day weekend. The owners are very nice. It's clear they've put a lot of soul into this brewery. There is plenty of seating without it feeling too cramped. As for entertainment, there's a flat screen showing sports, a foosball table, and a multitude of board games. They are dog friendly!! Dogs are welcome indoors, they also have an outdoor patio area. Comfortable seating, there's a mix of high bar stools with and without backs as well as regular lower tables and chairs. The wifi works great. They offer Happy Hour deals! read more

I love it here! They have a ton of awesome events that they do each week such as, brews and boards, Pictionary and Trivia, just to make a few. At first, I was kind of put off that there was no food, but you can bring food with you from anywhere and it doesn't hurt that there's a restaurant next door that you can order food from and go grab it when it's ready. My favorite beer that they have right now is the catherina zeta jones... what a fun name! I wish I would have planned better so I could participated in Pictionary because it looked like so much fun and you win a free beer if you win. All the staff there are super friendly and helpful, making it an even more awesome destination. read more

Great beers on tap and amazing vibes. Intimate setting and learned a ton about the brewing process. 10/10 would recommend.

Great taproom that is dog friendly and has an outdoor area with 4 picnic tables and an umbrella. Very friendly owners. Don't serve food but there is an Italian place next door that you can order food and bring it over to the taproom. Haven't tried their own beers but they should have them on tap in the next few weeks. read more

Good beer and friendly service. They have a good tap selection - meaning that they have IPAs, but that's not all they have. There is good variety in the types of beers they have. Fun weekly events as well. There is minimal food, but they don't mind if you bring your own or order from somewhere else. There is an Italian place right next door. read more

It is a very cool new place with a variety of beers they can offer and a nice relaxing atmosphere. I'd say they are pretty brave to go for some rarely produced beers, like Scottish ale and a schwartzbeer and managing to pull it out (especially Scottish ale!). And yes, they have a range of all your other typical beers, like IPAs. No negatives so far except for a road construction - one needs to watch for them to not too miss them. read more

Forward 1 year: We came back to the area and were so excited to stop in again. Boy have things changed in a year. This is the worst beer I've had in a very long time. Very good, small beer distillery. Friendly owners. The selection of beers changes regularly. If you really like a particular beer, they will can it for you while you wait (in a massive beer can) and you can take it home. Nice taproom with a great selection of beers - something for everyone. They also have a limited selection of wine. Prices are reasonable for craft beers. People are friendly. Lots of seating, including a small outdoor area. Space is clean and bright. Occasionally they have live music, usually on Saturday evenings. Trivia nights, too. If there is a downside, it's that they don't serve food. But the Yulee area really needed a place like this, and I hope the owners keep up the good work. read more

This is purely based on beer - good selection and very good quality. Had a flight and took home Crowler of their anniversary beer. They have a good mix of American, English/European styles. Food would make the place itself a 5 but they don't have a kitchen. Looking forward to their beers being available and bars in Jax and for sale at some point in stores. read more
