I was sad to read that Disco Witch was closing at the year end! It has been such a presence in Yulee. I don't get out to Yulee often but today was the day. The brewery was bustling with sad Jaguar fans talking of the loss across the pond. The vibe has always been fun and full of chatter. She don't only own this business, but this business supports the one next door which supports the one next door which supports the one next door. She's got four businesses going on and each one has the identity unto their self. My yulee friends brought me here for a fun Saturday afternoon, and I just fell in love with it. People are great. We went for Comedy night tonight and had a great time! There were 4 comedians and they gave us plenty of laughs. Our party tried several different beer options but I enjoyed the CBD beverage due to my gluten allergy. Disco Witch has several GF options! Shelly is amazing! So is Jeff. And Shiela. Really, we've never had a bad experience or interaction here ever. They have plenty of beers to choose from including guest taps. Occasionally they have happy hours, but I'm not sure which days or times. It was $1 off the beer prices tho. Our daughter loves Shelly and showing off her unicorn and watch stuff whoever she. Gets the chance. She also loves the popcorn that they make from time to time. We know of two breweries in Yulee. This one is our favorite by far. Very cool environment, cool owners and good beer. We stopped in on a Friday afternoon so there wasn't a large crowd. It sounds like they have some really fun, unique music based events regularly, so we're going to come back for those. read more

Oh my, how cute and my beer loving hubby loves the Witches Brews!!!! The female owner and brewmaster does a great job of mixing her hops etc!!!! Lots of things going on in this place! Stopped in, offerings are free popcorn, purchase hot dogs and charcuterie trays. There are other food offerings but my hubby was hogging the menu. Give this place a try! Did I say that they have great music as well‍check before going to make sure there's not a private party...also they're also expanding next to their current business with a Sports Bar in a couple months!!! A very nice brewery with great beer, great music and a very social ambiance. My wife had heard of Disco Witch and finally decided to check it out. It's in a very nice, new location with plenty of parking. My wife and I are big hazy IPA fans. My wife had to try the Earth, Wind & Pretzels Blonde Ale first and it is very refreshing! My wife decided on ordering the Studio 54 Blues which is a Blueberry NEIPA, light notes of Blueberry and the perfect hoppiness! I ordered the She Comes From Boston NEIPA, very crisp and hoppy, but not too hoppy. We also decided to share a sandwich called The Folk Singer and WOW! Ham, sharp cheddar and sliced apple, APPLE, with honey mustard made in grilled cheese fashion! It was amazing!!! I also had their Over The Bridge Dubbel and it literally tastes like the monks in Belgium brewed it! Sherry, on the other hand, had the Ladies Night Lemon Lavender Blonde which a collaboration with Pelindaba Lavender in Fernandina Beach, and I can honestly say it should never leave their tap list! It's light and fresh, but it has a smooth, buttery finish and you can taste hints of lavender. I never knew what lavender tastes like, but it's delicious! They have a small menu, but it all looks delicious. Shelly says it's all her favorites. Bottom line, if you want good beer, good food, good music, in a pretty cool atmosphere you have to check out Disco Witch Brewing, these witches know what they're doin!!! read more

Stopped in to grab a beer on my way to visit Fernandina on a Friday afternoon. There weren't that many people and I took a seat at the bar. The bartender was great, he discussed a few different beers and let me sample a few before I made my choice. Once I decided he visited with the other patrons. The brewery is in a strip mall or small plaza I suppose you could call it, inside its cozy and has an appealing interior. I will definitely stop back by when I am out that way. read more

Good food, great beet and helpful staff! We tried some samples, and many others suggested by the bartender, had some wings, sticks and pretzels. Nothing Witchy about this place! I recently visited Disco Witch after a friend of mine recommended that I come up to the brewery and check it out. Upon first pulling up the brewery is located in a strip-mall off A1A. It was about 2 hours before closing and after walking in an grabbing a seat at the bar. I told the bartender that I had never been there before. I can't remember her name but she was very helpful in naming off a few beers that they would recommend and then a few beers that I would like to try if my own. While waiting for my flight I begin to look around at the place and and wondered about the front area where the two chairs and couches were maybe they could do some black lighting over that area and perhaps dim down the lighting in the brewery as a whole, because the very bright lighting is atrocious to the environment. When I think of a witch I think of cruel/scary dark settings/things. The only thing that was black were the table and the chairs.lol. The beer flights were also more expensive at this location than at both First Love and Mocoma Brewing. After receiving my flight I was kind of put off a little bit by how well the beers were rated according to the Untapped App. There was only 28 people that reviewed a few of the beers and they were like 4.5 star beers. Sorry but you need to get more reviews in order for a beer to be that high needless to say the only one that I really enjoyed was the Bohemian that night. (After speaking with another local craft bottle shop in the Jacksonville area. I was told that it was probably the brewery owner's friends hyping up the reviews of the beers on Untapped to get more people in the door, but that's a story for another time.) Going back to the beers, I really wish they had a lot of darker brews. I know they are just a starter brewery, but witch's are dark unless your the "Wicked Witch of the East" the beers need to reflect this at this place, but then again it's called Disco Witch so that leaves it open for brighter interesting beers. Like the "Disco Inferno" which was a very spicy beer and not dark at all for a notable mention. **Overall, just your average Brewery nothing to write home about. The interior decor could be updated to match the theming of the name otherwise,it looks like another business in a strip mall. I'll be back in about a year and see if anything changes. read more

First of all let's talk about the beer. We have tried everything from the Pilsner ( early in the day) to the Night Fever Porter and loved them all. The disco theme and music is a blast. We look around and see toes tapping and patrons remembering their favorite tunes every visit. When I tell you the beer is incredible! I tried I will survive IPA benefits Micah's Place DV services . What a great way to drink and give back to the local community. I was impressed.
