I recently had a highly disappointing experience with this family-owned car key replacement company. After having my car key replaced, the key turned out to be faulty and didn't function properly right after I left the lot. I was advised that an estimate would be sent to me, and I was instructed to tow my car back in for a reevaluation and potential repair. However, the lack of professionalism and communication from the company was astonishing. Despite reaching out four times through calls and sending ten text messages to coordinate the follow-up service and request the promised estimate, I received no response whatsoever. It was deeply frustrating to be left in the dark and not given the basic courtesy of a response. Furthermore, upon returning my car for reevaluation, I was shocked to find that the first job was not only subpar in quality, but it also left my car's cabinetry in disarray. The lack of attention to detail and the disorganized manner in which the job was completed demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The atmosphere at this establishment was less than pleasant. The owner's elderly mother, who appeared to be in charge, was openly clueless about ongoing customer service issues and seemed disinterested in addressing them. The overall culture within the company felt rough and unnecessarily arrogant. There was no valid reason for the arrogance displayed by the staff, given the evident lack of competence and poor service. In summary, I strongly advise against using this company for any car key replacement or related services. Updated a Week Later: After taking down this review days later after he finally called and responded, I tried to have it towed back, and he went MIA for days after telling me to tow it back! I attempted to work with Steveo after he called back following the initial review. However, he adamantly refused to provide the vendor information for the work that was paid for by a company that was foreclosed on and subsequently lost my key in the process. They towed it to him, and the key doesn't work! It was for a neutral safety switch, and now my car doesn't start in neutral. It's not the battery, not the alternator, and not the relay - it's the key that was lost by the company across the street, contrary to the complete lies being fabricated. Steveo is far from a subject matter expert; he hired someone to do the key repair and then acted as if my battery was the issue. He refused to disclose who this mysterious person was, but instead, offered a half-baked quote with additional repairs and more key reprogramming. It's astonishing - you redid the key and now you want me to shell out more money to have the dealer or whoever do another one? Can't you provide a total quote? Or better yet, tell me what's wrong, what Hurley Auto jerry-rigged, and who performed the repair? But alas, NOTHING! A business's moral compass is reflected in its leadership, and in this case, it's quite poor. I can't fathom how this place manages to maintain a 4.8-star rating. I'm here to tell you, this place is a rotten apple.
