As I waited in their lobby, the oil and the belt were replaced in just over two hours. The money I paid was well worth it, as I felt satisfied and secure in my vehicle after it left the shop. While waiting in the reception area, I overheard the owners speaking with another customer. They offered to assist the other customer when they didn't have to. They were willing to go above and beyond on their own time to help the community. When you come here, you're not just a customer or a number; you become Family, and I like to see that.

I was verbally told that metal shavings were present inside the rear differential and that the entire differential assembly needed replacement. I was quoted approximately $3,600 for the repair. When I requested written clarification regarding how this diagnosis was made, including whether the differential was drained or opened, the condition of the fluid, whether photos were taken, and what specific testing procedures were used, no documentation was provided to support the claim. I then obtained a second opinion from another licensed mechanic. The vehicle was properly lifted, road tested, and inspected, and the rear differential was not identified as the source of the issue. The concern was resolved without replacing the differential. My mechanic also contacted this shop directly to ask about the basis for their diagnosis and did not receive any clear explanation. It is not possible to visually confirm internal metal shavings inside a sealed differential without draining the fluid or opening the case. No such procedure was documented on my repair order. Based on my experience, this did not feel like a transparent or customer focused shop. I strongly encourage customers to request written proof and seek a second opinion before authorizing major repairs.

Even on the rare occasion something doesn't work or isnt fixed , I can always come back and get everything corrected. However after going in these last two weekends they didn't put down a mat to protect my carpet I know my car doesn't look the beta or isnt the newest car but I think all cars deserve to be treated the same especially when paying for a service. They usually put a mat down to prevent oil getting on the floor , I'm not sure what's been going on this last week or so. Last weekend it was one oily print , I didn't say anything and I should've because know my driver side carpet looks insane. Went to this location with a Vehicle I just got for signature service oil change.. came back to let them know I could not get the radiator cap off, and that the overflow was low and that I had to add water and if they could give me just a squirt of coolant.. the new gal, Megan rolled her eyes huffed and puffed demeaned me for putting water in the overflow refused service told me I needed to go to a multi point check place to get flushed before they could help me.. she was so rude and embarrassed me.. I'll never go back to this location again if I ever go back to Jiffy Lube, I am so upset! the girl was so unprofessional and the service was terrible (that I didn't even receive). They're friendly, accommodating and communicate promptly. Scheduling an appointment is easy and hassle-free. It's a true joy dealing with them. This is undoubtedly a First Class operation. However, while this branch is fine for basic services like oil changes, tire rotations, and the like, I'm hesitant to recommend them for any complicated automotive repairs or diagnostics. I took my Jeep there for a persistent issue, and after four visits and significant expense, the problem remained unsolved. They have a tendency to throw parts at problems rather than accurately diagnose the source of an issue, despite charging high market diagnostic fees. One of my repairs was left unfinished and the vehicle had to be returned for the job to be completed. They comped me a free oil change and OEM gas cap after the mishap, but considering I'd spent nearly $4,000 in only a few months, it seemed appropriate. One more positive note. While it's not uncommon to be required to leave your vehicle for a week or more at some shops, AAA gets you in and out faster than any shop I've used in recent memory. When you're dealing with an Every Day Vehicle, alacrity is worth a great deal.
