175/2024 First visit to this Sizzler location. Well lit dining area as you enter the restaurant. The skylighting added to the brightness that brought more natural lighting to the dining area. Sorry but the smell of a non ventilation arewas not so appetizing but still went ahead ordered at the counter. Noticed staff are not happy working here. Though I appreciated not being asked if I was senior I would have appreciated it for a free soda . Servers and staff seemed very stingy with service with a smile . Im sorry but this is the worst Sizzlers I've been to. The bread was saturated with butter not even the kids wanted to eat it. Salad bar didn't have to Many options. Steak was tuff, Malibu chicken tasted dry and salty. Shrimp was over fried. Long story short all the food was bad!! Service was good, waitress was nice. The food was kinda good, not really. When we went here there was ambulances and police EVERYWHERE and we had NO IDEA what happened. But we went inside and there was only one waiter who was kind. Like, Only one waiter. There wasn't any other waiters JUST ONE. But when we went in (again) We got our food and it was pretty fast. The salad bar was a lil weird. The cheese was bubbling. Yup. But it was so funny. We saw a messed up guy just standing at the cheese doing the splits. We kept laughing so hard and it was hilarious. What a great place for lunch! Stopped in here today and was pleasantly surprised at the offerings for the lunch salad bar that also included your drink. Lots to choose from in addition to the salad offerings we had chicken nuggets, corn fritters, fried breaded chicken wings and a taco bar including guacamole! Ok I couldn't believe we found a Sizzler in the middle of no where. How fun taking us back to the past to enjoy their awesome Buffett. Hubby ordered the burger but I went all out. Everything is included in this huge salad buffet from salad, sides, tacos, spaghetti. It reminded me exactly of the place we used to go out to dinner in late 70s early 80s for special night out. Driving through on our way to Phoenix. I haven't been to a Sizzler in decades!!! Not a whole lot has changed for this franchise restaurant. The steak was decent for what you're get! My 16 yr old son got the Smoky Bacon Burger and it looked good. The kid devoured it. The restaurant was clean. The bathroom was clean. The Salad Bar was Bomb! The service was outstanding. Extremely disappointed if I could give it -100 stars that's what I would do. I got the salad bar. The lettuce were frozen and when I asked for new lettuce, they told me it will take 20 minutes. They have no wings. There were three pieces of wings when I asked them can you make new set of wings? They told me it's gonna take 20 minutes. Everything takes 20 minutes for them to make the ice cream machine was not working. They need to close the place down or get new management. I know they just opened about a year ago, but everything is disgusting in this place. The carpets are dirty. The service is very bad. The food is disgusting just because people come in and eat that doesn't mean you need to serve in bad Food. You need to change your ways. Don't be a disgusting restaurant. You're part of a franchise. Just finished eating on Christmas Day. Ate here one other time and got the salad bar. Decided we'd treat ourselves. My wife got the tri tip. She said it was good. I got the prime burger. Sadly I'd say it was the worst burger I have ever eaten. First thought it was the sauce. Then the red onion since it was so hot. Then decided it was whatever seasoning they put on the meat. Visited 11/27/2019 I'm not usually a fan of Sizzler but this one impressed me for sure. Two of us chose the All you can eat Salad Bar. Turns out that was a great choice. First of all the produce was fresh, ice cold and crispy. The selection was amazing with many things not found at most Sizzler salad bars. The staff was as polite and as helpful as can be. There was a gentleman who's job was to keep the bar clean and well stocked. I've never seen a worker do such a great job. My hats off to him and the young lady that kept us in clean plates all night. The taco bar was great with very tasty ground beef and Amazing Pulled Pork plus all the fixings. Spaghetti, & Meatballs, Tacos, and tasty Chicken Wings. We will return again sometime. read more

I ate there last night, the steak was so tough and had a lot of silver skin I showed the waitress that I couldn't cut it, it was Rare. When sh brought out the new piece it was well done in the microwave, it had no color from the grill. I asked for a complete replacement of my order. I was informed that I could only have a new steak. Ordinarily they have a friendly staff. However tonight was an exception. It was the busiest I have ever seen it in 4 months. I didn't recognize the waitress. She never engaged with me when she flew by the table and dropped off un requested cheese toast. So when she dropped off my $27 Rib Eye that was marked Medium Rare, it did not surprise me that my steak was well done. When I caught her attention, I showed her the discrepancy. "What do you want me to do about it?" (For a minute there, thought I must be in New York). I apologized for bothering her. She doubled down, "Seriously! You flagged me down. What do you want me to do? I know you are going to complain to everyone. What can I do about it?" i replied, "please bring me a box". I cleaned my own table, putting everything on the tray. Then I wiped down the table. I left a $1 tip. Now I am sitting in the parking lot offering Yelp my tip: "If you go to Sizzler in Blythe on a busy night, cut the meat open upon delivery and check to see if the waitress just threw the first steak she could grab off the counter and stuck your "Order" stick in it." read more

We stopped here on our way from Phoenix to Palm Springs. Ordered the small size steak with baked potato and "make it yourself" salad bar. This also came with some cheese toast. The salad bar was amazing. Lots of toppings to put on a regular salad as well as a bunch of pre-made salads. The steak was tasty and perfectly cooked. The baked potato had a generous blob of butter and sour cream. The staff was really friendly and attentive. On a return trip from Phoenix to San Diego we were passing through Blythe around 7 PM and were hungry. We thought Sizzler would be a safe bet as we didn't want fast food and the local Sizzler we often frequent is excellent...BIG MISTAKE. It is obvious this restaurant has management issues. Understaffed. We actually felt bad for the staff and gave them a larger than usual tip. The restaurant was less than 25% occupied. We ordered the Salad Bar and could not have been more disappointed. Many items were either empty or in extremely low supply...such as pasta, chicken wings, taco meat, specialty salads... When we finally were able to get the attention of the one overworked waitress we asked if they were going to be bringing out more food...she said yes. And 45 minutes later the did bring out some plain spaghetti...water must boil slower in Blythe?! It also took 50 minutes for some chicken wings to appear. Finally we just ate some salad and called it a night. $30 for salad for two is pretty sad. Next time we will eat at the Chinese Restaurant who had great reviews... Sizzler Corp should investigate this restaurant's management...not enough waitress or cooks seems to be the obvious issues. Restrooms were also a bit of a disaster. The Service was great. Friendly and attentive. The Salad bar was wonderful! Fresh food with a huge variety of offerings. I got the Steak Trio. The crispy shrimp was very good. I didn't care for the Malibu Chicken it was a processed chicken patty with ham and cheese on top. My Steak , I had to send back as it was cold and undercooked. I think it was just placed in a microwave because it was very unevenly cooked and tough when it came back. My baked potato was cold, did not even melt the butter. We've gone to Sizzler about three times in the last four months. This last time I pleaded with my husband never to take me there again. We were last there Sat. 9/19/23. We noticed a worker taking his smoke break right outside the front door. We passed him as we entered. He came in after his break and went straight to the salad bar. He started touching the food and I saw him near the soups. He must've touched the soup because he licked his thumb as he walked away. Not sure if he washed his hands after his break. It was just offputting. Then the gal, lady, who took our order, appeared upset about something. She was very short with me. I stop talking after that, and my husband took over ordering. No customer service, zero, nada!! We sit down and discover that my husbands order was not even placed on the ticket. After she spent time going back-and-forth with him about his order. She was not mentally present while taking our order. The same lady has taken our order each time we've come in. She never has any customer service fluff at all! Hey, how are you guys doing? There are 3 of us usually. How's your day going? What would you like to order? Nothing! This last time I think we interrupted her we waited a little bit before someone came up. No Sorry to keep you waiting. What would you like to order? Nothing!! Like I said, she was so frazzled she spent some time taking my husband's order, and in the end, she didn't even put it on our ticket. The mishap was taken care of later. As me and my friend ate in front of my husband as he waited for his meal. The waitresses that we've experienced have all been helpful and attentive. Went to Sizzler in Blythe tonight. Walked in and was greeted with a smile and a hello. The restaurant was clean and inviting. After our order was taken, we chose a booth and were immediately greeted at our table by our server with a smile and garlic bread and extra plates for the salad bar. Salad bar was fully stocked. Our food arrived and was cooked perfectly. Our server checked on us several times and was very friendly and pleasant. Absolutely excellent experience.
