Instead of addressing the menu vs. register mismatch, the manager became defensive and raised her voice in front of customers standing behind me. She loudly said she would refund the whole order -- but when the refund went through, only the burger was refunded. This felt like blatant gaslighting. The price posted on the menu and the price charged in the register clearly do not match, and instead of acknowledging the issue, the manager tried to shut down the conversation and make it seem like the customer was wrong. Between the inaccurate pricing and the manager's extremely unprofessional behavior, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Management seriously needs to address the pricing discrepancy and train their staff on how to treat customers. And food sucks!!

Customers were steady ordering inside for their to go orders and drive thru orders. Dine in was pretty empty besides us and another gentleman. I ordered the surf and turf , hubby had the chicken sandwich and we shared the chicken tenders. This location is pretty consistent , we've been here many times. On my day off, I was visiting the Main Trade Post store to see some of the selection of jewelry and crystals, and while there Jim who was working helped someone who accidentally walked into the jewelry store and said it's called Outback Pizza because, it's out back. He confirmed that the next day Outback would be having their karaoke from 3-8pm. Some friends and I decided we would check it out after work, and when we arrived around 5:30 the karaoke was indeed happening. It was a pretty decent sized crowd. There's a small dance floor, and the karaoke jockey on stage, the performer joins on the same stage as the KJ. We made our way in, there were several people in the karaoke area eating their pizzas, and the other room has the walk up bar along with more tables and booths as well as tvs that were playing sports. The pricing here is pretty reasonable for the drinks, beer on tap for $5 as well as $6 mixed drinks if you're in the mood to partake. We were there to experience the karaoke, and we ended up having a blast! The KJ Sonny is well known in town, he runs Country Gentlemen Entertainment and KJ's at a few venues in Quartzite. There is a sign up book where you can write your request, and he made sure everyone got a chance on the rotation. At the end of the night he played some songs so we could dance and we left around 9pm and quite a time was had! We made friends with many of the locals and everyone agreed it was such a great time.
