This review is for Virginia inspections only....I had an appointment for an inspection at 12:00pm…read moreand checked in early. No one was manning the front desk for a good 5 minutes yet left stacks of keys on the desk with no one watching them. Thats a very careless thing to do. When I was finally checked in, the older man told the technician to take someone else's car first (which took over 30 minutes) because my car was going to be a piece of cake??? Seriously? Why not take the piece of cake. Also, why discuss that in front of a customer with an appt? Also, since I was the only one waiting, ummmmm... you see where this is going. While this may be a great auto shop, this is not the place for inspections. It was one of the slowest inspections I have ever received.

Drove home and realized the same old scraping parts were still scraping. Went back in and showed the front desk. They tried to sell me yet another repair The previous mechanic (Eric January) ordered an under shield kit, ignored the existing damage, slapped it together and called it good. My words were also misrepresented on the repair-order/receipt (likely to server as a cover for Eric or the company if anything is called into question). I tried this place after reading all the positive reviews. After a second read of those reviews I see the problem that I initially missed. The focus is on the charm of the employees, not their skills as mechanics. At best, this is a case of a lazy mechanic. At worst, this is yet another auto-maintenance outfit preying on the less-knowledgeable. Either way be forewarned

If your car is a diesel vehicle I would not suggest going here. I needed an oil change and…read moreVolkswagen didn't have any appointments for weeks and I didn't want to wait. I called around to a few places to find a place that worked on diesel cars and they said they did. When I showed up there was lots of confusion about my car. Wrong parts were used and eventually they determined they didn't have the part my car needed. I was advised to come back the next day, still no part. Day 3 at first they told me they didn't have the part then a second person came to correct the first so I was finally able to get my oil change. I thought everything was good until I went to get my car inspected...something was wrong with my car. Wrong filter and I had an oil leak (I'm not a car person but I'm pretty sure that was it). So I had to take my car to VW to get the work done correctly. This place was a waste if my time and money. I would never return.

I pulled in and was immediately greeted by a tech to tell me which lane to go in. I only had waited about 5 minutes until the car in front of me was done. I pulled in and the tech was super friendly. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them. I believe his name was Nathan and he was one of the assistant managers. I literally sat in my car the whole time and was in and out literally in 10-15 minutes!! They don't just do oil changes, he checked all of my lights, horn, signals etc. Also, if you are a first time customer, you get $5 off! I'm glad I stumbled across this place because I will definitely be coming back!! *This place is also Veteran owned and operated, much respect!*
