We were told pick up time would be 12:30. The day of pick up, we received a text at 9:55 AM stating that we had 5 minutes to get there or we would not get her until the evening. We got there at 10:05 after driving 2 hours and 20 minutes to ensure we'd be there at 12:30. We told them that we had arrived and were told that 12:30 was the pickup time and that we'd like to take her home. They refused to give her to us and told us we would have to come back at 6 PM and they did not apologize for their error and lack of communication regarding the pick up time! The lady who worked the desk didn't say much when I was there but had the nerve to text me 15 minutes after we left with our dog when I was ignored after 5 phone calls and multiple texts. This place lies about feeding your animal. We did a late drop off and early pick up, so I portioned out 4 meals for our dog and they told me they fed her 6 times. She had enough food left for one more feeding, so they skipped a mealtime and told me they fed her an extra 3 times! With what food?! I also signed a contract that we wanted 3 play times a day and they only provided her with 1 playtime a day for 3 days. This place is not trustworthy and we will NEVER board here again.

Zach has been with the company for years, and whenever we see his name on the schedule, we're thrilled because we know we're going to receive one of his wonderful updates. His visit summaries read like a story, and sometimes even a song. He is an exceptional pet sitter, and honestly, the entire team is fantastic. Knowing our cats are being loved and cared for by Critter Sitters gives us complete peace of mind whenever we're away. During our most recent trip, I added an outdoor cat to the schedule just a few days before we left. To their credit, they didn't hesitate. They simply added the extra cat, and the cost didn't even change. The service is incredibly affordable for everything they provide. It costs far less than boarding, which would be both expensive and stressful for our cats. They even send photos of our pets during each visit, which is such a comfort when we're away. Beyond caring for our cats, they also bring in our mail and put our trash out on collection day. It's those little extra touches that make such a difference. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Critter Sitters. They have cared for our pets for years, and at this point, they truly feel like family. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have been meaning to write this review for years now. We have been fortunate enough to get three…read moredogs from Liz from 2021-2024. I cannot begin to express how special these dogs are. They are so in tune with human emotions, playful, and loving. All three of them have been around babies and toddlers and could not be more gentle. The joy they bring to our home is indescribable. Our most recent pup was a part of the inmate training program. It's so lovely to think that she was able to bring joy to others before she came home to us. All three were adopted when they were around 6-8 mo old. We have several older dogs (10-14 years old) as well- all of whom have medical conditions that require extra care. We were hesitant at first to bring young dogs around our older pack. There was absolutely no issue. The little ones have encouraged their elders to play and run around with them but are also very respectful of their space and need for rest. Liz is such a wonderful lady and even more wonderful with the dogs. She sat us down and told us all about the stack of papers she gives at each adoption. She encouraged us to always reach out if we saw any behavioral issues so she could work with us. We knew that the line of communication was always open so any problems could be fixed. Fortunately, we have not had any thus far! All dogs are in perfect health. I believe we paid $650-$700 for each dog. This included microchip/vaccines/neutering/initial behavioral training. Based on the good work this place does- and on the prices of other rescues that offer doodle mixes- this is an incredibly fair price. Based on the quality of dog we have received from Liz 3x now, I really do believe it is her treatment of them in the beginning of their lives that have shaped them into such amazing and intuitive animals. Seeing negative reviews on here absolutely breaks my heart. Of course everyone is entitled to their opinion but mine could not be more positive of Pawsibilities Unleashed. I wholeheartedly recommend this organization to my friends and to anyone reading this. Here are a few pictures of the Aussiedoodle trio we have been blessed with- Oswald, Rosie, and Harold!
