They are near most of the distilleries, so it's convenient to drop them off and start the Bourbon tours. Everybody was super nice at bluegrass Pet, Shelly t our dogs were excited, the second day we took them , our dogs couldn't wait to ditch us. Took them three separate days , in the week we were here. I highly recommend them. You can also do a tour we did not if our dogs are excited to hit the front door. We know that they're safe and having a good time.

At check in, feeding times, medications, toys, any behaviors were discussed and written down. I said the bath wasn't necessary due to our older dog not liking water. The groomer said she'd try. I was surprised to find out she had no issues with baths or nails. We were sent pictures daily and they were having such fun. Little notes were included too. We will be using them again.

Are you kidding me that me as a customer was actually told to go elsewhere and this is way too complicated? I paid and left good tips and my pups were very well behaved. To make a long story short, Bubba had a sizable mass, and the prognosis wasn't good. Doc explained all the options clearly and thoroughly, and while being sympathetic he was also blunt, which I greatly appreciated. In the end I opted to do what we could through medication just to make the time I had left with him as comfortable as possible. Since then it's been about 2.5 weeks, doc even refilled the prescriptions once for me without issue because Bubba was doing so well. Unfortunately, we decided today that tomorrow will be my last day with Bubba. I really just wrote this to express my deep gratitude towards Dr McConnell and the staff there at CKVC. The way the doctor has been throughout this whole process, I just couldn't have asked for anything more. Sympathetic, caring, and knowledgeable while also being clear and blunt with the prognosis and options. Honestly, I'm incredibly grateful, I got over 2 more weeks with my special boy than I thought I was going to after hearing what was going on. Bubba and I couldn't have been treated better or more respectfully anywhere. Thank you very much Dr McConnell and the whole staff there!
