Had an appointment in late April. I called to see if I could get in sooner. Brushed off. I just wanted to get on a list for sooner. Got off the phone and set up with someone else. I called back and was told I need to find somewhere else to go and this is way too complicated. Bottom line go elsewhere. Are you kidding me that me as a customer was actually told to go elsewhere and this is way too complicated? I paid and left good tips and my pups were very well behaved. I tried calling several times to try to get fit in and no one picks up. I don't know who I talked to but a complete PODUNK. I wanna say worse. I am no one's honey. They are amazing with taking care of all of my fur boys needs. He enjoys his grooming time with them. He looks so nice every time they're done. I love that they always remember his name and show him lots of love. I especially love that they never rush to get him through. He comes home with a cute tie around his neck each and every trip. Great place great people! I have a Maltese who has allergic dermatitis, they had no problem using the medicated shampoo I brought in. The groomers are so sweet and Debbie is awesome. I had taken Doobie to another groomer in town and I would pick him up and he would be shaking, just super pupset. This is a very nice groomer. We'd been looking for a place to take our dog, after a negative experience elsewhere. This place came recommended and we saw the good reviews, and on calling them we found they were very competitively and fairly priced too. We took our little pup to Debbie's, and it went very, very well. Our dog liked it there, and seemed to enjoy herself. They really seem to care about the dogs and did a very good job. We'll definitely be taking her back here, we've found our groomer and we're happy. read more

I am incredibly impressed with both the customer service and the actual grooming done to my dog Miko at Debbie's. I used to have great service here when I started coming about 8 years ago. I have been a loyal, low maintenance customer, tip well, etc. in the last year, I have had to wait TWO MONTHS for an appointment!!!! When I lived in Georgetown I took my dog to Debbie at Debbie's Pet Salon to be groomed. I moved out of state and now have returned to Kentucky. I live in Lexington now and I drive to Georgetown to get my dog groomed. That's how good she is. She does an EXCELLENT job grooming my dog. Pads are always trimmed super short, ears are unbelievably clean, nails are cut short, eye area clean and well trimmed and haircut is always perfect with a super cute bandanna. You won't be disappointed if you give her a shot. read more
