We were told pick up time would be 12:30. The day of pick up, we received a text at 9:55 AM stating that we had 5 minutes to get there or we would not get her until the evening. We got there at 10:05 after driving 2 hours and 20 minutes to ensure we'd be there at 12:30. We told them that we had arrived and were told that 12:30 was the pickup time and that we'd like to take her home. They refused to give her to us and told us we would have to come back at 6 PM and they did not apologize for their error and lack of communication regarding the pick up time! The lady who worked the desk didn't say much when I was there but had the nerve to text me 15 minutes after we left with our dog when I was ignored after 5 phone calls and multiple texts. This place lies about feeding your animal. We did a late drop off and early pick up, so I portioned out 4 meals for our dog and they told me they fed her 6 times. She had enough food left for one more feeding, so they skipped a mealtime and told me they fed her an extra 3 times! With what food?! I also signed a contract that we wanted 3 play times a day and they only provided her with 1 playtime a day for 3 days. This place is not trustworthy and we will NEVER board here again.

His instructional videos are very educational and his program is very informative. We started seeing results within one week of doing his online puppy program. His online puppy classes is beneficial to our family. Our pup, Newton is healthy, happy and on his way to be a well-behaved dog. With Stonnie's program we solved jumping to people, counter surfing, excited urination and pulling. Our pup doesn't chew our sofa, socks and remote control! He only plays/chews on appropriate objects. Thanks to Stonnie! Getting this puppy program is so worth it!

They will simply tell you that they cannot help you if your dog growls. They also screwed up my dog during a spaying. She never walked right after that & has always been terrified of going there. I had a 15 year old dog that had to be put to sleep here. The staff was compassionate and caring during a VERY emotional time. Two weeks ago my Labrador was hit by a truck. As soon as I got her in my truck I called the office. The person that answered my call said head this way and we will be waiting for you. My Lab had three office visits and on the last visit she needed anesthesia to place a drain to remove internal bleeding on the right side of her abdomen. The total charges for all three visits was a very reasonable $210.00. Everyone in my family uses this vet and we would highly recommend them.

A family friend suggested the kennel should be named after the girls, hence A&K Kennels was born. Rod was a self employed craftsmen for over 36 years. The staff was so friendly and of course Shadow was his charming self until it came to the exam lol. They were gentle with him and gave him plenty of treats afterwards . His Doctor was friendly and very enthusiastic about Shadow being in such good shape . He has nice teeth , clean ears, clear lungs . Knowing all of this made me relax more. He got a clean bill of health with the exception that he's FIV positive. Shadow is the only cat in our house and he's strictly a indoor cat. Even with that he can and will live a full life . One of the ladies did agree with me that he looks like he's part Russian Blue. In terms of cost the initial exam was free because we adopted him from LHS . I did pay for some additional testing and I think it was a fair price . Shadow does have pet insurance for those just in case moments hopefully they'll be none of those. Shadow will continue to to there for check ups and future shots .
