Stewart charged us a $150.00 restocking fee, told us that it worked fine and then sold it to an employee. This is bad business, @150.00 is a lot of money to charge a customer, that returned the light in good faith, because it did not work( but I guess the customer is never right) We paid for the pole attached also, an was given bad advise, because the one we had worked just fine for any light. Shame on you Stewart lighting and Nita for your behavior certaining this return. There was a reason your store was empty of customers. They have no problem helping even if answering honestly means they don't get a sale. I needed help with an adapter and instead of trying to sell me something new or some specialty piece he gave me a free option to fix my problem. The knowledge they have is too notch and the staff are friendly and welcoming the moment you walk in. They have everything from the basic bulb to a $20,000 chandelier!! They do all things LED and everything in between. You could easily spend hours in the store and still not see everything, which is why the coffee bar is a GREAT touch. It belonged to my late father-in-law and means so much to my husband. It hadn't been used in decades, and I truly didn't know if it could be restored. I was hoping to surprise my husband while he was out of town, so I knew I had a small window to make it happen. Mark understood how important it was and went out of his way to help make that possible. What really stood out was the level of detail--he didn't just repair the lamp, he took the time to clean the light piece and added felt to the bottom so it wouldn't scratch our surfaces. Ferguson customer service is unacceptable, they have not been concerned with helping us at all, they send emails stating the product has not been shipped from Subzero. Subzero customer service says there is no reason we should not have it, there are no delays with particular product on their end. Ferguson has thousands of dollars of our money and we have had an opening in our kitchen since March.

Purchased several high end appliances from Fergusons. One of them was a $16,000 Sub-Zero…read morerefrigerator. It is a "panel-ready" version. After the panel's were installed, the left and right side doors weren't level. The left side is higher than the right side. It took over a month to get Ferguson's out to adjust. They claimed the panels were installed incorrectly. Finally. after sending them a photo of the doors, they sent someone out. It took all of 5 minutes to adjust the door height. Both doors are level now. This is NOT the customer service I expect from Ferguson's. Ferguson's should have immediately put us on the schedule for door adjustment, shouln't take 4 weeks.
