Was in the market for a new bed. My grandma saw their ad in the newspaper and we decided to do some window shopping here. Normally I dread going shopping for any sort of furniture, and I was expecting an unpleasant and pushy experience. However, my expectations were completely subverted. On arrival we were immediately greeted by John Baltramaitis, who is best described as the most pleasant, genuinely friendly salesman I have met in my entire life.Heck, one of the nicest people in general. I was so incredibly happy with how patient he was with my elderly grandmother, absolutely courteous in the way he dealt with her, and plainly and efficiently found out what we were looking for and gave us some very generous offers. For around $800 bucks, we got a brand new metal daybed frame, mattress, free next day delivery/installation and disposal of the old furniture. Amazing. As we filled out our paperwork, we enjoyed jellybeans, and talked for a little while. He cleanly explained Afterwards, he offered to let us stay a while longer and eat more jellybeans, and I wish we didn't already have plans afterwards because he was incredibly pleasant and outstandingly friendly. After we settled our business, I told him I'd give him a positive review, because he more than earned it. If you're in the market for a new bed or mattress, give John a call or visit. I bought a $5,631.82 Smart Life King Koil Lotus mattress CA KING not even a year ago. Mattress motor keeps on turning on and won't even supply air to my wife's side. It dips 7 inches and she's not able to sleep on the bed anymore. Warranty and store will not help. Don't buy from this store or this mattress. Worse buy ever. read more

I gave this store 5 stars initially. Now, I am taking all back. Unfortunately, can't remove all. First mattress delivered was defective and had to be replaced. Had to wIt 2 weeks for inspection, one week for the report to be done and a week and a half for the delivery of a new mattress. Within days, I not only heard but also felt at least 3 mice INSIDE the mattress. Removed all linen and inspected all seams. Nothing. Called exterminator to look for signs of vermin in my place. NOTHING. stopped by store. Called corporate. NOTHING. Told them all I wanted was for them to remove bed and box spring. Also informed them that I did not want a refund nor did I want a new mattress. I would eat the cost and write it off as a loss. They still refuse to do anything. BBB and David Goldstein, investigator for channel 2, are next on my list to contact. read more

KAT IS UNSCRUPULOUS, SHADY, AND UNETHICAL. I see what she did. Kat sold me a mattress for $6526.61. Did NOT FULLY DISCLOSE the terms and conditions, only mentioned if I am not happy with the mattress I can return and pay $250 re-stock fee. Kat gave me the paper work for financing and invoice total. NEVER GAVE ME OR EMAILED THE TERMS! I purchased the mattress on 5/22/22, the mattress was delivered on 5/25/22. On the day of sale I asked for a copy of the terms. Kat said she would email it. On 5/30/22 when I went to the store. Kat THEN verbally explained the terms. I asked for a copy of the terms & agreement, and STILL she could not produce it. Kat said, customer service would email it. I called, faxed, left messages, and texted on 5/31/22. Spoke to Nakeshia, informed me all sales are final once delivered. KAT is UNSCRUPULOUS. Kat did not fully disclose terms and conditions nor provide me with a copy or email it like she said she would. Kat did not want me to read that all sales are final after delivery, in fear that I would have awareness and cancel the delivery. All Kat cares about is her commissions. She sold me the wrong mattress. The mattress is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I need this resolved quickly, fairly and ethically. read more

Great customer service. Marty was very helpful and expedient. I had an idea of what I wanted when I went into the store but, nevertheless, with all of the choices, he really helped me narrow it down. He really knows his product. I'd definitely recommend Sit n Sleep. Delivery was very efficient as well. I got a call that evening with delivery window (between noon and 3:00) then another call the next day alerting me to delivery arrival within 10 minutes of that call. We bought a great mattress with an amazing base that allows the bed to raise up both at the head and foot portion. Dave was a great guy and never pushed us or tried to get us to buy something we didn't want. They delivered it the next day.
