My husband and I went to sleep n sleep and was greeted by Rich Pinnix. Rich is a fast talker but not in "I'm trying to bamboozle you"way. He's truly delightful. We felt very comfortable with Rich. After asking a few questions he goes right to work. My husband and I were placed on a special mattress that determines the best mattress for each of our specific need. After reviewing the information,Rich showed us several mattresses. The prices varied.Rich didn't try to persuade us in anyway. He's very knowledgeable. He told us about each mattress and the different bases and encouraged us to let our bodies make the decision. Sit n sleep was our first stop so we left and went to a couple of more places. Sleep Number was one of them. Sleep Number is extremely costly but putting cost aside the mattress Rich help us with was honestly more comfortable . We returned to Sit nSleep and was once again greeted warmly by Rich. We made our mattress purchase and can't wait until it arrives so we can get some quality Zzzzzzzs Thanks Rich read more

Went in the store today looking for a mattress for my son. Converting from a toddler bed to full size. There was one employee in the store helping another family. After a few minutes she came to check on us and went back & forth between us and them. She was very professional and gave us our space and was not "pushy" at all. She told us the most popular models and ones to get more bang for the buck. We ended up purchasing our mattress on the spot with a great deal. We were done and out the door before the other family was done looking too (but they were being SUPER picky and had a hard time choosing). I purchased our Cal King mattress here 4 years ago and had a great experience then as well. Easy financing too! 12 months interest free helps!! This was our first and only stop in the hunt for a mattress this time. Went to a few other stores for our Cal King....and Sit N Sleep had the best price on what we wanted. read more

Great experience with Rich. He was a great help and stayed within my budget. I left with a mattress for me and one for my son. Thanks.

I had a strange experience at this location. I went here for a new mattress. Initially I liked the mattress program where you lie on a computer bed and it does an analysis. The worker was quiet and not pushed. After I found a bed I sat down to get a price. The salesman held his finger up and put hand sanitizer on his hands. The he put his hand up again and used hand sanitizer on the I pad. It was very strange. He was not very personable. It almost appeared like he thought he was too good for the job. I went to another mattress place and bought a mattress from a friendly salesman. read more

About 3 hours ago, my friend and I went to Sit 'n Sleep to shop for a new mattress and box spring for her, pursuant to a Memorial Day sale advertisement. What a great experience! Yolanda, our salesperson, took such great care of us. We were shown a selection of products clearly within the designated price range, with no effort to induce spending beyond it. Merchandise was attractively displayed and we were encouraged to try everything, take as long as we needed and ask questions -- which we did. Ultimately the decision was made to purchase a nice set, with quick delivery of the new and removal of the old for a small fee. It doesn't get any better than this! The sale is still on and if you need a new mattress, etc., you will get great help at Sit 'n Sleep! read more
