Lori at Sit N Sleep Upland is amazing! My husband and I went in late on a Friday night with our almost three year old daughter to find a new bed. Lori was so patient with our daughter running around and eased my anxiety, assuring me it was no big deal, that she was a mom too. She explained the bed match program, and my husband and I were matched to our perfect bed type. We were on a budget, and Lori made sure we would leave spending only what we wanted to spend. She gave us the best deals she possibly could, while giving us the best quality they had to offer. I highly recommend you visit Sit N Sleep in Upland and speak to Lori if you're looking for a new bed. She's a sweet, knowledgable salesperson who'll be honest with you and find what you're looking for:) read more

Very poor customer service. It took us 3 times to go back and try to get our warranted mattress shipped. They were in the process of moving to new location and the gentleman said to wait until they moved to new location promising more options of other mattresses at new location he stated he will keep us in mind, went back twice to new location 2nd time new store was opened but he said he couldn't do anything for us because his boss was gone for the day and he was ready to close so he sent us away we still had a lot of time before closing he did not remember who we were or what he said. I guess it wasn't a sale for him it was the warranty on my mattress so that was no importance to him. read more

I just had to writ a review because the service and price were absolutely out of this world! My husband I had not bought a mattress in over 15 years, but we knew exactly what we wanted. When we walked in we were greeted promptly and asked what WE wanted. We took the sleep test and found out what type of mattress we were suited for. Kent Sira is the absolute best! He showed us exactly what we wanted, gave us all the information, didn't try to talk us into something else, and the deal he gave us? let's just say Kent is amazing. Wife and I went to Sit n Sleep on 3/29 looking for a new mattress. Yolanda spent over an hour with us showing us mattresses within our budget and never rushing or pressuring us. We found one that we had to have that was on clearance. It was the only one left and not the size we needed. We were disappointed but Yolanda searched other stores for our size and found one! It was the only one of that size left. Yolanda gave it to us at the same price as the smaller bed and threw in some free goodies. We left with a great mattress at a terrific price. Yolanda is the best! Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If you want a great deal, see Yolanda at the Upland store, she's awesome! read more

Have you tried to call this place? Good luck! The phone runs you into an endless loop of run around!!

I just purchased a top of the line Beautyrest Black series from the Upland Sit 'n Sleep. I was helped by Ralph Lao. I have to say that I often feel that mattress salespeople are like used car salespeople. Ralph, however, was not quite like that. He asked me some questions and then showed me some of the beds he thought would interest me. When I would try one of them out, he walked away and let me test the mattress for myself. When I finally decided which one I liked best, he wanted to give me quotes. Once he did that, I told him I wasn't ready to buy that day. He then offered me a better deal which I thought was fair, and I did end up buying the bed. So how is it you ask? I got a little worried after a few days, because it was pretty hard. I need a hard mattress, because of a bad back. Softer mattresses just make my back hurt like crazy. I was fearful that I had not chosen the right mattress for me, because this one felt a little stiffer than the one I tried in the showroom. I decided to buy a "fiber bed", like a feather bed only made of polyester fiberfill. Once I put that on the bed, everything changed. It added the softness I needed for comfort, but kept all of the firmness for my back. I have not slept so well in my life! My back does not hurt. I am not getting up 4 or 5 times a night. I am not tossing and turning. I feel totally rested each morning. All in all, I am thrilled with my purchase. It has only been a couple of weeks, however. Let's hope this bed keeps its firmness for years to come. Thanks, Ralph. read more
