NEVER BUY FROM SIT N SLEEP!!!! This is about the delivery and not the actual a location. I understand it may affect their rating but I think people need to know about their delivery service and how bad it is Ordered a bed from this location, had it delivered to my house(just a mattress). When it was delivered they were forcing it up stairs, ZERO PLANNING, and they ended up cracking the crown molding on my stairs( see photo). The worker told me it was because "my stairs are narrow", and I told him that why I hired "professionals" to deliver it. He then said "I know a guy" and he'll have him come back and fix the stairs, as he was trying to leave and drive away! I had to stop him and ask for his information, business card, phone number; SOMETHING! He took that as me being "difficult". I asked him, "is this person you know licensed?" And he kept saying "I got it don't worry I know a good guy". I didn't want some random guy, that may or may not be licensed to come into my house and work on the damage if I wasn't sure they could fix it correctly. When I left I called customer service and they kept giving me the runaround telling me that I had to go through them to get it fixed. I finally got in touch with their manager and she instructed me that this happens often and that usually the delivery company will be the ones to fix it.! I just can't believe a company as big as city doesn't have a claims department or some formal way to file a damage claim. So now I have to let some random guy bring another random guy into my house to fix the stairs, which I don't feel as fair! I ONLY WRITE THIS OUT FOR ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING TO GET DELIVERY THROUGH CITY AND SLEEP. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL OF THEIR VENDORS OR THIRD-PARTY AND ANY DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR HOUSE. SIT AND SLEEP WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF ON THEIR END. YOU WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE THIRD-PARTY, WHICH DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A CLAIM CENTER AND TRIES TO SEND RANDOM PEOPLE TO YOUR HOUSE TO FIX WHAT THEY BROKE.

Mr KENT Sold us , we went to sleep number and other locations to try out some beds . We walked in to our last location on central with Kent and He was as honest as they come and told us the blunt truth , my wife asked question after question and he had a absolute answer for her . I'm actually glad we drove here we saved about 4 grand and got a better bed and he informed us about everything else and the fixings with sheets , pillows , mattress protection the smart life app and he even gave us his phone number to give him a call for any questions Thanks KENT . Thumbs up to SIT N SLEEP . You're killing me LARRY !!!!

From the moment I walked into the store, I felt welcomed .Joshua Kelley was friendly, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about all the different types of mattresses available. He took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, and provided me with a range of options that fit within my budget. Joshua patiently answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase decision. What really impressed me about Joshua was his honesty and transparency. He didn't try to push me towards a more expensive option or add any unnecessary . Instead, he focused on finding me a mattress that would provide the best value for my money. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Joshua and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a new mattress. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, I am now sleeping better than ever before

I ran into this store on a sunday before my housewarming and my in-laws showed up so I had to leave but I told Ricardo and his family I'd be back. I did shop around (power of 3) and you cannot beat his honest pricing, not to mention his delivery and assembly (free). I purchased Thursday before 12pm and had it delivered same day by 5pm. It was just in time for my party & housewarming! We had a lot of compliments about these pieces we picked and a lot of referrals. I really hope those friends visit! We'll be back as our family grows and we need indoor furniture. It's only a shame he doesn't carry any patio furniture.

Ashley initially gave me a three hour window a couple of days before delivery, then early this morning began texting me updates for the delivery and a tracking code. Excellent! The manager and sales people in the store were always very helpful and easy going--as I had to delay delivery for several months and had to change the delivery address! I wish there had been a little bit more selection for beds, but I am very happy with the mattress selection. In the room, the padded headboard is simple and attractive. When I called customer service to address the issue, I was left on hold for 15 minutes before having to hang up without speaking to anyone. The extended warranty company later sent a technician to repair the damaged frame, but in my view, a couch that arrived with a broken frame should have been replaced outright while still under warranty. Instead, I am still fighting to have the defective section replaced due to what appears to be poor quality control and inadequate inventory standards. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially considering this is the second time I have had issues with this store. Customers should expect better quality, accountability, and customer service when making a major furniture purchase. I would strongly encourage others to consider alternative furniture retailers that stand behind their products and prioritize customer satisfaction. The value simply does not match the price or the level of service provided here. If zero stars were an option, I would choose that rating.

And we went to this location to search for our new couch being that we only had a small couch from our old apartment. First off we got the wrong couch delivered. It was way too big for my living room size and layout. So right away I called them and they told me that there were no returns or exchanges. I explained to them that this was not the same couch that I ordered and they kept gaslighting me telling me that it was. So I got stuck with a big huge couch that supposedly was modular, but it actually was not. The quality is horrible and terrible. The couch cushions just come out. Thankfully my kids are young so this is kind of the couch that they're running to the ground before I replace it once they're a little older. Please do your research and don't spend your hard earned money here. Go to living spaces or Ashley furniture or another furniture store that does have a return or exchange policy. I paid nearly $3000 for the couch that I wanted only to be delivered something completely different. Then let's not even get into the delivery company that they use. Oh my goodness. As a very recently postpartum mom finding out that I was stuck with a couch that I did not even order. I was so upset. And the delivery guys just kept telling me about how big it was for my space and how if I put it a certain way we would have to walk around the couch to get into the living room. It seemed like they genuinely were just enjoying watching me be upset. I literally had to tell them that they needed to leave my house and they just kept standing there watching me try to rearrange the couch. I had to tell them again that I needed them to leave my house. They were already done setting the couch up and were completely finished with the delivery. I pretty much had to yell at them to get out. It was so weird. All around it was just such a horrible experience. I don't recommend them at all, the hassle of no return or exchange policy is not worth it, the quality is horrible, and the delivery experience just seals the deal to not shop with them. Posting it again because as a 29-year-old with three kids who just bought my first house I was so excited to have my house look the way that I wanted it. So honestly, this couch experience left me so sad. My husband and I work so hard for our money and it definitely tainted my new homeowner experience. I've learned my lesson and have since gone to living spaces. They are absolutely amazing and I will be getting my next couch with them. Buying new furniture should be a happy experience and you should have the option to return or exchange, especially when it's the store that made a mistake.

Happy to have finally find an Island stool thats adjustable, swivels, isn't online and already…read moreassembled. They are moving from that location soon, so the store had really good deals. The stool was priced $299, on sale for $120. All the stools in the store only had 1 available, but a second one could be ordered if needed. Lots of beautiful bedroom sets, and wish I would have gotten mine from there. I didn't see the type of dinette set I wanted, but they did have some really nice ones, if I weren't looking for a specific kind. Glad I made a stop there.
