My Wife and I spent most of a perfectly good Saturday and wasted it by shopping for a mattress. By 5:30PM we finally made it to Sit and Sleep. (must do due diligence.) Monica greeted us and asked key questions; and I swear she had our decision down to two choices in maybe 20 minutes. Literally; " I think you'll like either one of these". My Wife being more back sensitive then me took lead on this one. And it came down to two different Serta models. As we jumped from one mattress to the other, Monica explained in detail the difference of the two and their feature and functions. I was surprised to learn that Sit and Sleep doesn't carry their own branded mattress; which I'm not opposed to buying. They only carry the top 10 selling brands in the country. Monica is a wealth of knowledge, she not only knows Sit and Sleep products, but also knows the competition and a lot of industry knowledge, materials, how it's made, and most importantly to me; where it's made. We bought the Perfect Sleeper. I don't think Sit and Sleep was significantly less expensive for the same mattress else where; maybe even about the same but having a professional sales person like Monica makes all the difference. After all; I'll never get my Saturday back! Do yourself a favor; just go see Monica! Thanks Monica! read more

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Ed at sit n sleep!! We have never purchased a new mattress and I wasn't sure what to expect. Ed made the process so easy for us and made both my husband and I feel very comfortable. He let us make the decision and did not push the most expensive item at all. We took the sleep test and he was able to help us find a mattress we both liked and agreed on. The prices were great and ed treated us like family. The delivery was also a seamless great process. We postponed our delivery 2 or 3 times and they never acted annoyed that we kept having to change. They were great at communicating and the guys who delivered the mattress were great as well! Go see Ed! You won't be disappointed! read more

My plan was simple: buy myself an affordable, soft, comfortable bed. But what mattress do I choose? confusion anxiety and fear of buying the wrong mattress sets in. Luckily,  Anita,  the  sales representative Had my wife and I answer a few simple questions. Next we lay on a bed,  a computer (that's plugged up to the bed) would gather information on our body mass,  and favorite sleeping positions. After the scan is complete we would know exactly what mattress/firmness we would need to get a full restful sleep.   Anita then did everything she possibly could to make sure my wife and I were pleased with our  purchase. Within 2 business days we received our bed. two gentlemen put it together within 10 minutes. It's been a week to the day and I'm very very satisfied with our purchase and all the guarantees that came with each individual purchase that we added to the bed. From pillows to Mattress protection. Thank you again Anita! read more

Reference # 162611082 Just wanted to let all know that this was our best mattress experience ever. Rich Pinnix met us at the door, took us under his wing. Explained everything. Filled us in on what to look for in a mattress. He said his middle name was "Deal" and it certainly should be. Our mattress was delivered the next day, on time, by two of the nicest guys one could hope to find at there door. Hector and Henry. Thanks Rich. Thanks Hector and Henry. Thanks Sit 'n Sleep. Went in to purchase a mattress Labor Day weekend. Waited around 15 min before a salesperson helped us. A couple that got there after we did, was helped immediately, so that was annoying. The total ended up being $599 for a Sealy queen w/frame. The salesman, Ali, who apparently was also the store manager, said our bed would be delivered the next day & that the driver would call an hour before the delivery. Around 4pm on Sunday, we called the store to find out where our mattress was & apparently Ali called us after we left the store to tell us they could not deliver the next day because of the holiday & that it would have to be the following Tuesday. He claimed to have called once & left a voice mail & assumed because we did not call back, that it was ok for a Tuesday delivery. He also said that the reason he did not call the other contact number was because he missing a digit. I told him it was very unprofessional. He should have called the number that he had written down correctly, more than once. Most of us have learned that when you assume u make an ass of yourself. I told him that I wanted my matress that day, if I was going to receive it on Tuesday I wanted it at a discount, or to just give me a refund. A refund is what I got and when I went in to the store to get my refund, he was very hostile about me calling him out on how I did not appreciate the bad customer service. It seems that with the bigger chain stores, the care more about making money than helping the customer. As soon as I left the store I stopped at another mattress store around the corner, Sleep Pros, and they helped me out with a bed then and there at a better price, better quality & they even threw in a frame for free. Bottom line, I do not recommend Sit 'n' Sleep in Upland. read more

My wife and I bought a mattress and box spring. The warranty was suppose to be for a year and already the mattress started to fall apart. Little did we know, the salesperson sold us a box spring from Sealy and the mattress from Simmons. The warranty would not cover because of the 2 different brands. We explained to the manager what happened and what he could do for us. He gave us the run around and refuse to help knowing his employee cheated us. We showed him the receipts and pics of his products he and chose to ignore us. We were very upset and he told us to leave the store because he was too busy. Shoppers: Do not come to this store and I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. We wound up losing $1100 on their scam. Shop at your own risk. read more

First time coming to this place and was very pleased. Omar provided a great customer service. He showed us plenty of mattresses and helped my girlfriend and I narrow our choice to the mattress which best suited us. After sleeping on the same mattress for 15 years it was time for an upgrade, and we made the right choice with Sit n Sleep. read more

I just moved to the area and went to this store after visiting a few others hoping to only spend maybe $300 or $400 for a new mattress. I soon realized that this would be basically impossible, but I was honest with the salesman (Eddie) and he said he could work with me on the price. He said they offer 100 day trial guarantees on their newer mattresses and when other people return them or exchange them, the store can no longer sell them as new mattresses. So they sell these mattress sets at steep discounts even though they've only been used for less than a month. The salesman also took me to "bed match" which is a mattress with sensors that measures where you need support most and prints out a report of which mattresses in the store would be best. After figuring out that I need something right in between soft and medium-soft (I always thought I liked firm), we looked at one clearance mattress that fit this description. He told me to name a price that I could afford which would also include the box spring, frame, pillows and free delivery. I named a price and walked out with an amazing deal! The customer service was great, not pushy, and when Eddie was busy, the store manager came out and finished the deal with me. They said the delivery would take three days, which is kind of a pain, but with all the things I got thrown in for free I think the wait will be worth it! Overall, I'm very happy with my experience here! read more

Came here to evaluate the mattresses, ours has had it! When we walked in we were greeted by Eddie and he guided us right through the steps needed to walk out the door with the mattress that fit our needs. Somehow Eddie knew when to step in and help answer questions and when to step away and provide us with the time necessary to evaluate the pros and cons of each item he had shown us. The pressure was not there from Eddie simply trying to help us reach the outcome that was perfect for us. We would highly recommend coming here, it not only has the sleep test to identify the right type mattress but the sales force to ensure you are happy with your purchase. read more
