Went in this past week looking for a new Cal King Split with power base. Salesman was approaching, and was cut off by store manager, Eddie. Eddie then proceeded to 'help.' Never offered to use their 'new technology' to determine my best comfort level. Showed only 5 mattresses, prices quoted in air - vaguely. When I asked him to write down the complete price for a particular one, he gave me his business card with name of mattress...? When I mentioned that I would need to come back to retry the mattresses, he simply walked away. Didn't seem to take me seriously - because I was a woman? Not a problem. Went to Banner Mattresses at 19th/Campus and Bill took real good care of me. $3500 later, very, very happy! read more

I had a great experience at this location with exceptionally good service from Rich Pinnix. We came in to get two mattresses for our kids and ended up leaving with a bed for us as well. Rich was very helpful, informative, was very patient and gave us an excellent price. The beds we're delivered the next day on Sunday with no problems, smooth communication and careful and professional movers. I would recommend family and friends to come see Rich. I'm very satisfied with the entire experience and saved lots of money in the process. Thanks Rich! read more

Eddie....what a genuinely great person. He made our mattress buying experience far beyond what I expected. I mean, we were in, fitted, picked mattress and financed in record time. He was helpful, but gave us the space to explore on our own. He was not pushy and graciously tolerated our 2 year old son. We would recommend Eddie and Sit and Sleep to all! read more

We went in not really knowing much about how to buy a mattress, what types of mattress' there are, or what to even expect. Ralph Lao helped us so much. We just moved here fresh out of college with a baby and one on the way so we were lookin for financing options. He took his time with us and really let us know our options and helped us understand how it all works. I know most people would be really short tempered and shoo us away, but he was such an awesome guy. We didn't qualify just yet, but once we do we'll definitely go back and see Ralph again! read more

I purchased the Sealy Copper 2 mattress from this store on Black Friday. I would give the product 5 stars, but the customer service or should I say lack of is what made this experience a negative one. Once I had chosen the mattress I wanted to purchase I had to wait approximately 2.5-3 hours to make the purchase. The purchase only took 10 minutes to make I must add. Representatives continued to ask me to wait and stated they would be with me shortly, this amounted to my 3 hour wait. Also I was bounced around from sellers and was rushed when it came down to making the buy. The delivery was also deplorable. They called to confirm delivery between 230-530. Instead they showed up unannounced at 1 pm and had my dad sign for the bed. I was not home at the time and when I showed up at 2 pm they were already gone. My bed and room were not ready for the mattress as I was in the middle of rearranging and had to lift the mattress on my own. Poor customer service from a large company. read more

Great customer service. Hassle free. I even had to commend the sales manager, Eddie Saiza, that was helping me out on his salesmanship. He let me be and take my time through the whole process. I would buy there again for sure. Good job Eddie! read more

My brother and mom came to buy a bed and I got dragged along. The sales lady, Lori Cichoski, let me chill on the most high tech bed and even let me play by music via the bed's Bluetooth speakers! If you got kids she could keep them entertained. Lori was very patient with my brother, who could be a bit pushy, so if you got a stubborn partner who really needs a good stern talking to, Lori is your gal! She knew her stuff and knew exactly what bed my brother needed because he is disabled and has back problems. So if you are clueless as to what bed to get she can help you on that too. I would definitely come back again if any other of my family members would want the best bed possible for them. Lori also knows how to shake her groove thang! She down right gave me a case of disco fever! read more

Walked in the store around 8pm. Both of us tired. We had been out all day. We were greeted by one of the nicest people you will ever meet, Mr. Rich Pinnix. He had us do the sleep test to find out our best mattress. It worked. What we thought we wanted was not even close. Rich was able to give us all the ins and out of what we really needed for a great mattress. He was able to put us in an absolute amazing bed and kept us in our budget. Best investment and best experience we have had making a major purchase. read more

In Nov.2018, I happened into this store after a bad experience from another competitor. Rich came up me and introduced himself, with a smile and friendly greeting. My husband and I had visited several other stores before coming here. Feeling tired and confused by all the options out there, we arrived fully expecting "not" to make a purchase. Kentucky Kent (Siria) pleasantly greeted us at the door, asked all the right questions, listened carefully to our responses and led us to the perfect mattress/base for us! He provided us with an exceptional shopping experience with fantastic service!! We have been sleeping better than we have in years! What a difference a good nights sleep makes. Thank you, Kent! We are very grateful for all your help! I must also share that the delivery guys, Misrain and Jesus, were awesome. So courteous and careful! We have a two story yet without missing a beat they removed our cal king mattress and replaced it with a split king adjustable base and mattress. They took care to wipe their feet and not scratch the walls with the bulky items. We were very pleased. Thank you! read more

I highly recommend buying your mattress from Sit 'n Sleep in Montclair. They have the best customer service. They aren't just interested in selling mattresses. They care about customer satisfaction. When they saw I was having a problem with my mattress, Ken, the Montclair store manager, reached out to me to see how they can help and what they could do to resolve my problem. I am so impressed with Ken, and Rich (salesman). They really want you to have a positive shopping experience. read more
