Wanted to give kudos to the delivery people, Marlon and Rene. They were efficient, helpful, and friendly.

Walked into sit and sleep after shopping around for a foam queen mattress with an adjustable base. We looked around the store for a few mins and were greeted by Dave. After telling him what we were looking for he educated us on different mattress types and what to look for. Buyer beware copper infused mattresses are not worth the hype. We settled on a beautiful aireloom mattress and got an amazing price. Dave threw in 2 free pillows just to sweeten the deal. Smooth sales process never pushy. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended. Keep it up guys! read more

Went with my Mom to buy her mattress. Aaron was our sales guy and we liked him. Down to earth, didn't try to do a hard sell. Threw in some pillows. Great price on the mattress set and frame. Loved the mattress firmness diagnostic tool. Will be back when it's time to buy my mattress. read more

Dave was amazing, extremely patient. I had gone in several times and my fiancé couldn't decide which was the best fit for us. Very satisfied customer, will be returning when it's time for a new one. Thank you. read more

We bought a lovely new Airloom latex mattress with an adjustable frame at this location. This was a big purchase, and we exercised our due diligence when making a final decision on whom to purchase with. It's frightening to purchase a mattress! I wouldn't say that we stayed within our initial budget, but once we decided what we could manage, they did kept us within that amount. There wasn't a point that we felt rushed or pushed into a more expensive mattress. In fact, Sabrina almost didn't show us the mattress we ended up with because it was more than we wanted to spend. But when they worked the numbers incl. gorgeous sheets, (2) Airloom pillows(!!!), warranty on base and protectors (pillows & mattress) we were just barely under budget. We got a great price on our mattress... All we care about is customer service and quality. We just felt right buying from here. I know it was the right decision when Gabriel in Customer Service sent the delivery guys back to our home a week later at NO charge to set up our headboard (bought at Amazon, not SnS), and then when I found an issue with the mattress, he reviewed videos I emailed him with the Airloom distributor and had a new mattress delivered just days after I called. I feel like I bought this mattress at Nordstrom. The quality of service has been beyond what I had expected. And secretively, I expect a lot. read more

We bought our mattresses here and we are extremely satisfied with the service we received. Their saleslady Sabrina was both friendly and informative about the selection. My wife actually visited this place a few times before the day I was invited to help her choose. I met Sabrina the salesperson and despite the 2-3 other customers that came in after us on that visit, we didn't feel rushed nor neglected by Sabrina. What a great person and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who wants to buy a mattress. I also wouldn't mind if Sabrina did the delivery herself, unfortunately they reserve that for the delivery guys! read more

Thank you David for your assistance in finding the such a great bed for our son. Best of customer services! We will return.

Norma is the best! She was so friendly & attentive to our needs. It was a great experience & a pleasure dealing with her. Will definitely refer friends and family to go see her! read more

I purchased a mattress and foundation from Diane on Friday, Nov. 3 and my delivery was Saturday, Nov. 4. I received excellent customer service from browsing, to puchase, and finally delivery and setup! I was advised by cell updates as my delivery time changed. It wasn't delayed ... I actually had an earlier delivery than originally planned. I took advantage of early Veterans Day discounts. Diane was the best and knows her products! I loved the computerized customer to mattress match. I used it eight years ago and it is more sophisticated now! I have already referred a few people to Diane. Take advantage of her mattress knowledge, customer service, and Veterans Day sale! read more

A family member said go to a discount place in Hawaiian gardens for the best deal so I went into sit sleep near home to compare prices but the customer service Gabriel provided was outstanding that the price became less important. He must've spent 2 hours with me explaining all different types and let me take my time trying out almost every mattress. (BTW he was only covering someones shift tht day)His down to earth no pressure attitude and his complete honesty about his experience made me come back the next day all the way to his store in Brea. AGAIN he showed me more products and shared more information. They need to hire more people like Gabriel tht are honest and not just trying to make a buck. Sit N Sleep just made me a lifetime customer because of this. I HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for a mattress make the drive to Brea and ask for Gabriel. I will definitely be sharing this experience with all my family and friends. Keep up the great work! read more

Great customer service! Dave took the time to help us narrow down the right mattress for us. We took up about an hour of his time and even til the very end, he was still so helpful. He is so informative and honest. Very happy customer! read more

Whatever you do do not purchase a mattress from the Sit n Sleep in Brea on Imperial Hwy near Trader Joe's! We discovered bedbugs and Sit n Sleep said not my problem when the mattress was only 3 months old! Poor customer service and contaminated mattress! $1000 down the drain and sent to the dump! read more

I'll keep this short and to the point. Had a waterbed for 4 years, developed back problems, and realized I needed a new mattress. After doing the diagnostic test with Aaron I was shown a number or comfy mattresses and found one that fit my back and wallet. Aaron took care of me every step of the way; he knows his sheets, covers, coils, and mattresses. He helped me get the right mattress for me and helped me when i almost got the wrong one. Word to the wise, just make sure you measure your frame first! Cheers. read more

Bought 2 mattresses here and they will be delivered tomorrow. I liked the evaluation process and knowing if I should be considering a firm or soft mattress (the evaluation was voluntary) Aaron helped us and he was nice and was very informative. He was not pushy and showed both low and high end priced mattresses. I didn't feel he was pressuring us to buy and he gave us a very fair price. Will buy more mattresses from Aaron in the future. read more

After 10 years of sleeping on a horrible mattress....it was time for a new one. After doing some research and visiting a few places, my husband came here on a whim after shopping at the Trader Joe's next door. Dave Fazek is the store manager/sleep consultant that helped him. Well, he came home and told me that we were going to buy a mattress tomorrow morning! That was how impressed he was. He was not pushy! Made great suggestions for our price range, and didn't try to push us to spend more. It also helped that my husband and I used the computer-bed analyzer thingy to know what was our comfort type. That really narrowed it down, and ya know what......the results were right! Our mattress was delivered yesterday on time, by 2 professional nice men. They took our old mattress set and gave us our new one. Last night was the best sleep my husband and I have had in a looooong time! So wonderful! So if you go to sit n' sleep you can't go wrong....knowledgable sales people, great prices, and good selection! read more

I had originally planned on going to several places to look at mattresses including Sears, Macy's, OC Mattress and Sit and Sleep. This was the first stop and became our last. What a wonderful experience! We arrived when they opened over the July 4th weekend and met salesman Bill Kaiser. Bill was wonderful! His experience, knowledge, and professionalism were great. When my husband I look for beds we get really comfy on the mattress and Bill had tons of patience's. We tried every memory foam mattress that they carried. We ask tons of questions and were satisfied with the answer. We decided on a Dormeo mattress and got a great deal on the adjustable base. Bill was excellent. Give him a raise. read more

I went to the store to buy a mattress. Norma was so knowledgable and friendly. All the transaction took 30 min and she even gave me a couple of pillows as a gift. ( The pillows are INCREDIBLE even better than the mattress!) I had made technical mistake about the di mention of my bed. Norma solved the problem over the phone and arranged the return and shipment in no time. Thank you Norma. I will see for sure you for the next shopping time. read more

We have purchased many mattresses over the years from Sit n Sleep. Always a great experience and very nice people. Very nice store clean and welcoming. Yolanda is fantastic and helped us feel at ease. We had a bed bug problem and she helped us find a new mattress and also bed bug protectors for the mattresses, box springs, and also pillows. She also sold us some pillows that are great, I wish I had them years ago. She gave us a great deal and also was a very nice caring person. Drivers delivered on time and were very helpful. I highly recommend this Sit n Sleep for all your mattresses and accessories. read more

I highly recommend this store! This was my first time buying a mattress...and I didn't just buy a mattress for that matter, but pretty much an entire bed. Sabrina was very helpful, knowledgeable, and a blast to carry a conversation with. I was also satisfied with the delivery...they set up my bed in a half hour, maybe even less. Go to this store and ask for Sabrina...she'll take care of you! Here's to good sleeping :) read more

Aaron Burton was very helpful! He stayed late and worked with us without any hassles. We are very happy with our mattress and the price. Great job Aaron, thank you! read more

After having been pleased with a Sit N Sleep purchase 11 years ago (different store as we have moved), we decided to shop in the Brea store. But it wasn't our first choice. We actually were swayed first to try a Sleep Number store at Brea Mall. While the service there was nice, the prices were not. For the price of a small car, we could have gone with the Sleep Number bed. But seeing as how we were in the market for a bed and not a car, we went to where we knew we would get service and a great bed at an affordable price. Within minutes of being greeted by Aaron, we knew we had made the right choice. Aaron is the perfect salesperson; knowledgeable but not pushy, and he gave us all the time we needed to pick the bed that was right for us. He gave comparisons, had us try several models, and never once did we feel like we were pressured. We selected the Octo Dreamybed mattress with the Sherwood Elite Ergomotion base and the total was 2/3 the cost of what Sleep Number wanted! We were even more surprised when Aaron asked if we wanted FREE delivery the next day! Sleep Number wanted to charge for delivery ($300!) and it would have taken 3 weeks til we received the bed. On schedule the next day, our bed arrived. The delivery men were courteous, quick, and cleaned everything up. Aaron mentioned the mattress may be a bit more firm at first than in the store, but we honestly can't tell the difference! He even mentioned there may be a "new bed odor" that comes from the hybrid beds, but I'll take new bed smell over old bed pain anyday! Thank you Aaron for your exceptional service and we will continue to be Sit n Sleep customers for years to come. read more

Trust me when I say my husband does a lot of research before making a big purchase! When we were looking for the BEST bed at a great price, Sit 'n Sleep won hands down! The customer service we received from Dave Fazek, store manager, as well as the quality of the bed and the price, sold us! Less than 2 months later we were back again to purchase yet another bed for our daughter. Look no further, whether it's a fully loaded reclining bed or your basic 5 Star mattress and box springs, Sit 'n Sleep in Brea is the place to go! read more

When we entered the store it was a bit overwhelming to see the many different brands of mattresses. Dave Fazek, our sales person was very knowledgeable about the different manufactures and warranties. We received exactly what we ordered the very next day! I would highly recommend Dave and Sit & Sleep! Deb K. read more

Went to S&S on Imperial Hwy in Brea. I dealt with 2 sales people... man and woman (sorry can't remember names). Both great!!! And not pushy (which I appreciated). Not only did they match the coupon I brought in, but they gave me an even better mattress then was listed on the coupon. I loved a particular mattress and they said OKAY! She also threw in 2 amazing pillows, free shipping and free take away of old mattress!!! So happy with my purchase. Thank you! Can't wait for bedtime each night! read more

My husband and I haven't bought a mattress for 12 years and have been waking up with backaches for the past year. We stopped by Sit 'n Sleep in Brea and were greeted by Sabrina. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the beds there and took very good care of us. She was very patient and kind and I highly recommend going to see her if you are in the market for a bed. She gave us excellent service and I felt like I was talking with an old friend. She was very professional, yet at the same time, very friendly. Thank you Sabrina!! read more

I purchased a bed from the Brea store at the beginning of October and Aaron Burton was the sleep consultant that helped me select my mattress. Unfortunately the mattress I choose never softened as I was told it would and we had the mattress for 7 weeks and it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and we barely slept! We also had a minor issue with one of our pillow cases tearing the first week we had them. Aaron was very professional and handled both issues for us. He replaced our sheet set and once again helped me find a replacement mattress. Aaron was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me find a mattress that suits both mine and my husbands needs. We just had the exchange mattress delivered on Tuesday and my husband has finally slept through the night again the past two nights! I still need some time to adjust to it but the plush feeling of this mattress (Simmons Black Evie Plush) is awesome! For those of you looking into purchasing the adjustable frame I would suggest spending the extra $$ on the mattress instead. It's a nice feature but definitely not as important as buying a comfortable mattress! Thanks Aaron, I know I was one of your more difficult customers but I appreciate your help and patience and can finally say that I'm a satisfied customer! read more

We are quite pleased with our experience purchasing a mattress and pillow at the Brea location. Dave Fazek was very patient/cordial showing different beds and options and allowed us to make our own decision after listening to his advice. The delivery employees called the next day, gave us a 1 hour window when they would be arriving and arrived on time. They even assisted with the skirting my wife wanted around the box springs. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Dave Fazek at the Brea location.... read more

My husband and I had not bought a new bed or mattress for over 40 years. We had slept on a waterbed all that time, and loved it. But my Dr. said that the waterbed was too soft and may be a contributing factor in my hip pain. So we started shopping. When we walked in to Sit'n Sleep in Brea, we were blessed to be waited on by Aaron Burton. Aaron was very knowledgeable, informative, and not pushy. There was never a hint of condescension or impatience in his answers to questions. Even after we bought the first mattress and found, after a couple of weeks, that it was too hard. We took advantage of their offer of replacement mattress for a small re-stocking fee. And even then Aaron was patient and understanding. He worked out an exchange for us that was very agreeable. The mattress we have now is almost perfect, and we are very satisfied customers. Thank you, Aaron. J & RP, Buena Park read more
