    Fried Bologna Sandwich
    Shelley K.

I decided to try this resturant out middle of the day on a Wednesday. Literally one other customer was in there. The greetings were average.. when the server came to my table she didn't introduce herself nothing.. very lack luster.. I knew what I wanted so placed my food and drink order.... the Drink.... had so much pulp it wasn't enjoyable. The food.. I had a fried Bologna sandwich because ot had been so long... I was so disappointed it was fried to the point t it was almost burnt. Then the sandwich had so much mayo you could t taste the burnt Bologna. The fries were excellent.. would I ever go back.. probably not. They need to work on presentation as well as customer service..

Incredibly rude staff at the restaurant. While the staff at the hotel reception desk, valets, etc. were helpful and kind, the staff at the Sister restaurant were an unfortunate exception. Our group went there with our kids (ages 4, 3, 2, 1) and we were the only guests there. The whole place was empty. Regardless, the bartender immediately seemed disturbed by our presence, telling us the kids "can't dance" or stand in the aisles, and they "can't go up the stairs in the restaurant" or stand near the entrance, even though we were with the kids the whole time and the kids were not loud or doing anything dangerous. A few minutes later, an old security guard showed up and said that he had been watching us on camera (hello, Big Brother), and asked us not to let the kids run up the stairs because they are made of glass and steel. I told him that if something happened it would be on my watch, so they wouldn't have any liability. He agreed and left. Ten minutes later and after we had ordered our dinner (to the same disgruntled and visibly annoyed bartender / server), my wife was walking with one of the kids who wanted to see what was making the noises coming out of the kitchen (they were not INSIDE the kitchen). The bartender told my wife in a rude way that she "CANNOT CROSS THE LINE TO THE KITCHEN" although neither my wife nor the kid did. We told them to pack up our order to go since we didn't feel welcome in this space. As we were leaving, one of our kids was by the restrooms area. The same old security guard reappeared and told me that our kid should not go to into the women's bathroom. I said he's not going in there, and he's only three anyway, and if he goes, his mom would take him in there. His response was "his mom would be watching him if she was around," which I said was uncalled for since his mom was watching the other kids, plus the kids weren't making any trouble, and he shouldn't be telling us how to take care of our kids, and also that my kid is autistic, so his behaviors can be unpredictable and odd. The old man then told me that maybe my kid is autistic because I am autistic!! Wow. I pulled my phone out and started filming the conversation with him; asking him to repeat what he said. He denied what he said and claimed that I should not be telling him how to do his job (I hadn't said anything related to his job). He proceeded to say that he doesn't work for the hotel, and that he was contracted to do this job. I don't know what he was doing there then! The food wasn't good at all, by the way. Just look at that miserable thing they have the audacity to serve as a chicken sandwich. We only went there because we thought the environment would be OK for the kids, since it was empty, especially our autistic kid, but we were wrong. It really soured our entire experience here and made us feel unwelcome. The room and hotel design, however was fantastic. Topsy-turvy experience.

Good drinks and good ambiance! I highly recommended them!

Service was personal and professional. The burgers were served hot and the fries were delicious. The kale salad was awesome as well.

Our total was $71.60 with tax for 4 drinks. Each drink was about $16. Pros Loved the decor and the drinks were great! Not too much juice and just enough alcohol. Cons $16 a drink can rack up pretty quickly if you're a heavy drinker. Would I Recommend: Yes! Based on the drinks I would definitely recommend this place. We tried a few cocktails and some shots, and everything was smooth, balanced, and honestly way too easy to sip. You can tell they take pride in their bar program. On top of that, the cowboy theme makes the whole experience even better. From the décor to the music, the space feels playful and immersive without being over the top -- like stepping into a Western saloon but with a modern, classy twist. Perfect for a night out with friends when you want great drinks and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile.

On a Friday night at 6PM, the Betty team were just opening up and whipped me up a perfect dirty martini while I got settled in. It's a hotel restaurant but doesn't feel like it at all - it's beautiful and the menu is fantastic. I loved that no one blinked at a solo diner taking up a table on what became a busy night for them. Food gets a high score all round; the fries are amazing, and everything is super fresh and served beautifully. I only got to chapter 3, distracted by people watching and the overall experience. Thanks again, team Betty!

Unfortunately, not a place we'd return to. Came here for the first time on a Saturday at 6pm with my husband, and surprisingly, we were the only people in the restaurant until about the time we left. Service: 1 star There was plenty of staff, so it was confusing how things still felt so off. Drinks were wrong (I ordered prosecco and was brought white wine), and overall attentiveness just wasn't there. Another disappointment was at the end - my husband paid while I was in the restroom, and when I checked the receipt, I noticed I'd been charged $3 more for the wine. I calmly pointed it out, not even asking for a refund, just to flag it, and the waitress argued with me about it instead of simply acknowledging the mistake. Not a great way to end the night. Drinks: My prosecco mix-up aside, the drinks were just okay. My husband's gin & tonic was fine, but noticeably better ones can be found nearby. (Like our night cap at Yeppa after) Apps: 2 stars * shishito peppers were soggy and overly fried * Caesar salad was heavily dressed and tasted like something you'd get at a diner Entrees: 4 stars * chicken was excellent - well cooked & flavorful. Slaw on the side was a bit random * trout was slightly salty but still very good and cooked perfectly. Skin perfectly crispy & enjoyed the grilled green onion on top. I substituted grilled veggies for the slaw (due to dairy)

Our table had 5 ppl. This was the first day they put this new menu out. I'll be honest we weren't really fans of the food. The shrimp and grits had a full layer of a sharp cheese on top, which was just way too much we all thought. I love me some cheese in my grits too but that was just overkill because it's also cheese throughout the grits. Also the ribeye? Both my friend and I didn't like ours and we love us a ribeye. It didn't even taste like a ribeye, more like top sirloin or NY strip. The Juice? Yuck. I make my juices at home and no additives and it still doesn't taste nasty like this one lol Shrimp & Grits (it's the cheese, remove some and we have a deal, I enjoyed the shrimp and I hate shrimp) Ribeye? Hated it. Give me a good quality ribeye and we'll talk. This gave sirloin from Waffle House or something, no shade.
