Very short. This for a dollar?

Had a hankering for lumpia so I'd thought I'd try this place. Cooked to order they come out hot. They taste ok but they are expensive, over six dollars for six and they are SHORT. See photo. Didn't care for the appearance of the kid working behind the counter. He had something in his mouth, toothpick?, that he was sucking on while he was handling food. Not good.

Acknowledged as "Kuya" while placing an order and it got me acting like a boss man! LOL. Requested for a large lechon and a large pancit. I kid you not, the serving size was an interesting surprise. This could very well be the norm, but as a first time customer they got me. When it was time to pay, the cashier asked me if the lady he just rung up grabbed my order. Supposedly she ordered the same thing, but man didn't this guy just help her out just a minute ago? What are the chances that two customers order the exact same thing? I'm thinking this is quite common. It's not like they have a very large menu. It strucked an odd conversation with that customer as she held her order with her dear life. Hilarious and I wasn't even blazing! Big up to the auntie who packed my food. She made sure I had the fresh batch of pancit! Thanks auntie!

Disappointed with their crispy pata only if I knew that I am getting this, I would have just drove to Vallejo to get crispy pata.

The service was great. The ladies at the counter were very friendly and patient with me. As I didn't know what I wanted. I wish they did have a label as to what each dish was tho... there was another customer in front who recommend some stuff. Very friendly people all around. Atmosphere was unpretentious Got in and out pretty quick. The food was delicious Definitely trying out more Filipino food for sure.

I have been here a bunch of times over the years and I don't recall ever being disappointed. Located off of H12 adjoined with the Seafood Center. Plenty of parking. I love coming here honestly. Food is almost always very tasty, great portions and prices and great service. It's small inside but even with long lines they get everyone moving in a quick and efficient manner so it doesn't feel uncomfortably crowded. There is seating located on the other side of the market (during certain hours that are listed on the window) . I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the pancit could be a bit better and I wish it was served with lemon slices. But generally, I'll continue to order!

    Fish Sisig

What a ripped off! Attached are pictures of the official receipt for a large order of fish Sisig & a half filled "supposedly" large order container of the fish Sisig... we were so disappointed to see how they under-portioned our take home order. In my opinion it was very deceiving and sly. I plan to make a case and report to Better Business Bureau asap. We are no longer in the Philippines, thus this level of cheating customers shouldn't be tolerated!

This has been my go to Filipino food place whenever I don't want to cook. They have a larger selection from fish, to different kinds of sisigs, Filipino menudo, pancits and desserts. They have good home cooked meals that's full of flavor. The ladies are super nice. At first they may glare at you to figure out if they have to speak English or not, but English or Tagalog, they're super nice.

ordered the barbecue skewers only from this place... it's good.

I ordered their barbecue pork in a skewer & it was good. I bought it for a party & the guests really liked it. The staff are mostly friendly, but I felt like cashier was trying to ignore me. It was my turn to pay & cashier decided to serve another customer. I don't know... maybe it's nothing lol

Pork Adobo & Pork Sisig with 2 scoops rice.

Best sisig I've had by far in Fairfield ‍‍ crispy and tasty. Pork adobo was on point as well. Crazy how I pay for 2 entrees 1 side for $18 back home in Vegas but only paid $13-14 here at Sisig. Can't wait to come back whenever I come and visit my family again.

I had it with rice and I love that it came with a vinegary sauce. I'd love to pack fresh herbs and maybe some pickled vegs with me next time. Also tried their version of chorizo and it's slightly sweeter than the other version I've tried. Still really good and got some warm spices to it. I'd probably order it again but that pork is the main star. Ambiance is ok, not much to it but the service was very warm and friendly and welcoming.

The skin had that perfect crisp and crackle, and the meat was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. Easily one of the best pork experiences you'll find anywhere. But what really makes this place special is the people behind it. Tita Marilyn has built something real here--you can feel the culture, the pride, and the consistency the moment you walk in. Heidi was on the chopping block today and absolutely dialed in--fast, precise, and on point. Reyna was as welcoming as ever and made the whole experience feel like family. That's what separates this place. It's not just great food--it's hospitality, tradition, and heart all in one. If you're looking for authentic Cebu lechon done right, this is the spot. No questio

Traditional Filipino dishes [Vallejo CA]…read more We were in the area and were looking for a place to eat preferably serving Filipino cuisine since we have limited options in Roseville. Hubby found this restaurant and so we drove to the place. First thing you'll notice once you enter the restaurant is the warm temp inside - no AC but they have electric fans going on. To the right is a long shelf with a variety grocery items while the table seating is laid out in the center. TV was tuned in to a channel playing a Filipino movie. This is a "turo-turo" style food ordering, meaning no table service instead you go to where the dishes are cooked in large portions (which is towards the back of the restaurant) and you choose which ones you want. We ordered: Pork Sinigang - a little too sour for me but this is a classic Filipino soup with pork ribs, vegetables, and tamarind broth. Bistek (beef steak) - thin slices of marinated beef before smothered in a deeply savory sauce and topped with golden-seared onions Pork Adobo - classic Filipino dish of pork simmered in vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic Kaldereta - goat meat stew I didn't try the kaldereta but all the other dishes were good and delicious. You will definitely feel the Filipino hospitality here. Street parking. Maraming salamat! Review #3929
