The technician who worked on my nails was very sweet and kind. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was very poor. I was extremely unhappy with how my nails turned out and felt embarrassed enough that I had to book an early-morning appointment elsewhere to have them fixed. I felt bad speaking up at the time and leaving a negative review, but I don't believe the technician had the skill level needed for the service I received. I truly wish this experience had been better because the atmosphere and staff were lovely, but after this visit, I won't be returning. I said I lived 15 minutes away/would come in asap and I arrived at 6:37 PM they close at 7:30 PM. The second I walked in, the woman at the front acted confused to see me when I said I had an appointment, she sighed and rudely said, "We were waiting for you, pick a color" and repeatedly complained that they were ready to go home and that I was late. They never even tried calling me. I tried explaining there was clearly a miscommunication, but she had an attitude and was so visibly upset that I decided I didn't want her to do my nails. She then tried to guilt me into staying because they had "waited for me," to the point that my boyfriend had to step in because it was so uncomfortable. If they didn't have time for my appointment, they could have simply said so. I've never been treated so rudely at a nail salon and will absolutely NOT be returning. PS - I also have no mean bone in my body so this review is coming from someone who doesn't raise their voice/doesn't like arguments. The whole time I was very kind and even apologized when she said she was ready to go home. This is the only reason I'm writing this review, I don't think it's fair to be so rude to customers when they're just here for your service. I went to a different nail salon, called them, went straight over there from your salon and got there 40 minutes before they closed, they were so kind and never made me feel like they were in a rush.

This time, I noticed a huge bump nail polish on my left big toenail so I simply asked her to redo it. If you just paint over an uneven nail like that, the polish can crack. I texted Nancy, showed her the video, and explained my interaction with Lee. What really disappointed me was Lee pointing at me and saying, "Next time... me no more." Seriously? I was only asking for my nail to be painted properly. If I'm paying for a service, I think it's reasonable to expect it to be done correctly. On top of that, she was coughing while working even though she appeared to have a cold. The way she handled the situation was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially considering how long I've been a loyal customer. Never coming back here again.
