This Salon is my favorite, I live locally in Glendale and I wouldn't change this salon for any of the ones in Glendale or LA. I've been coming to my hair girl Liana for 5-6 years and I have to say she is the most professional, genuine hair stylist ever. She never changes she does everything herself and always puts time into her customer. Her salon aesthetics are beautiful, the vibe at the salon is amazing, and every time I leave the salon I'm always laughing because it's just a great time with the girls over there and my hair turns out amazing every single time. Very expensive, not worth the basic haircut I got. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. Salon looks nice though so don't be fooled by that.

This location is quite expensive for their services. I initially went in for balayage but was told it was impossible, then asked for highlights; 6 hours later, my hair had been bleached three times, dyed once, and then toned. It had been washed many times as well. The girl doing my hair was nice, but when I left the salon, I was $575 in the hole and not with what I had envisioned; the hair was orange/reddish and had dark leopard patches in between some of the areas where she added the coloring. Before I left, she did say that she noticed some patches that she wanted for me to come back so she could fix it. So I thought, "OK, that sounds reasonable. I had already been there 6 hours and had paid so much, so that's the least she could do." So I didn't do anything with the hair for a few days.. I waited three days before I washed it to make sure it wasn't my imagination, but it wasn't. The blotchy dark brown patches and orange coloring were still very visible, so I texted her and went back today to get my hair darkened. All she did was tone it. So, not a permanent color and she blow-dried my hair, and when I was walking out, she had the audacity to say she was going to charge me more. She charged me an additional $100 plus tip just to tone my hair for 15 minutes. I was in shock when I saw the price. It's not like the salon is a luxurious hotel, so not sure what I was being charge for but I just went ahead and paid it. I wanted to get out of there. I will not be going back there. read more

Liana is top-notch!!!! I had such another wonderful experience at Salon Bisou that I can't say enough!!! Liana's expertise has transformed my hair into the beautiful, bright blond that I have always wanted. She has a perfect way of making your hair exactly what you had pictured in your mind. Liana's care in keeping my hair strong during the bleaching process has been remarkable too. I'm so excited to have my new hair color and cut and feel uplifted and regenerated. Liana is my go-to now for my hair and I couldn't be happier. She's so loving and really truly cares about you, too.
