    Phat Philly Sandwich with Fries
    Alvin C.

We were walking by and noticed the sign for Phat Philly Sandwich for $10.25 so we went inside to give it a try. The sandwich and fries were good. Portion was good as well. Nothing special about the sandwich but for the price, it's good. Service was way below average. The guy looked mad like he didn't want to be there. Being that Reno is not as busy as before, customer service needs to be way above average. Hope you have a better day.

We were there in early May. The staff was awesome. Really good beer served while you're gambling. They take the time to get to know you. The grill-we had chicken wings and they were the meaty pieces. So good. We're heading back for Hot August Nights in August and will definitely be back to Siri's!

A small casino with apparently no table games. It all just looked like slots. Siri's Casino is a newer place in downtown Reno. Much cleaner than the older ones. The bad thing is there's not as many games you can play. It pretty much is a slots only casino. It does also have a cafe where you can get fairly cheap drinks and food. They have a popular happy hour. Get something to eat if you feel like making a bet. This has diner style stuff like burgers and fries, so if you want something to munch on while playing then come here. Customers often mention the food. It's fast food and cheap greasy kind of stuff mostly. The place stinks but it's mostly clean though.

While in Reno needed some food !! Walk into Siri's Casino to find this hidden gem Siri's Grill. The kitchen is dominated by an amazing female cook. Asked for recommendations and she shared the Phat Philly a delicious shaved beef sandwich cooked to perfection with fresh onions, green and red peppers in a soft yummy hoagie bun smothered with liquid yellow cheese. Tiki Hubby and I shared came with fries hot and fresh and a Diet Coke. Omg who knew you could get a Philly at this level in Reno. Great food great cook this gem was amazing. And the cook was friendly and good at what she does. Bartender was great too ! While in Reno Siri's Grill in the Siri's Casino.

The BF and I were just passing by and poke our heads in here. The place looked clean and there didn't seem to be a lot of people so we decided to check it out and play the slot machines! They played great R&B music which gave it a nice vibe!

I had the patty melt and my husband had the Buffalo wings. Everything was perfect. John was fantastic! So helpful and kind. Well definitely be back when in town!

But when we needed to extend our stay because we weren't allowed to return home for Friday, they gave away our room and told us that we would have to move rooms nd pay the weekend rate of over $400 per night. We were already looking a possibly losing our home, and everything we owned, then they callously kicked us out on Friday morning with nowhere to go. We were given a coupon for 2 for one drinks at their Fireside Lounge, but the coupon was for drinks l$15 or less. The drinks on the menu were for $19 or more. We found a placard where there were 3 drinks for $15; up no one would wait on us and after 20 minutes we just left. We used to stay here often in the past for staycations, but resort fees and no locals discounts on room rates forced to stop. After the bad treatment by the front desk, the Fireside Lounge personnel, and the shabby service in Biscotti's I would not recommend staying here. We were very disappointed during a very stressful and trying time in our lives. On a positive note we were treated very well by the morning crew in Cafe Milano. I'd like to mention Aaron, Mayra, and a wonderful lady whose name started with an A. They were helpful, sympathetic , and helpful during this life changing time.

The casino is still so smokey. They either need better ventilation or prohibit smoking completely. The patrons at the Horseshoe Bar were obviously overserved. Screaming drunks, stumbling people. Honestly, where is security? Our room was on the 19th floor. It was a corner room and actually quite nice (until it wasn't) the king bed was comfy, there was a chaise lounge and 2 chairs. We overlooked a train yard and metal recycling plant. If you looked up, instead of down, the view was quite nice. Then, it happened. Hot water was running brown in both sinks and the shower. I called the desk, they said let it run. We did. Still brown. The white wash cloths were discolored. She said the cold water is okay to drink. Ummm, no. I asked for bottled water to be sent up. At midnight, when it still hadn't arrived I called the desk. No answer. I affixed a note to the door asking to not knock, just leave the water, which they did. The only redeeming quality is Anthony's Chop House. I won't ever stay again.

Bed bugs, two room moves, and absolutely no mitigation plan!!!…read more I have never written a public review before, despite plenty of less than perfect experiences. I worked in the service industry for years and generally believe businesses deserve the opportunity to make things right. The Nugget had that opportunity and chose not to.. During our stay for Hot August Nights, we discovered bed bugs in room 1638. Security responded promptly, confirmed the issue, documented it, and moved us to room 2838. That replacement room had a long standing AC leak, saturated carpet, peeling wallpaper, and visible growth behind the wall covering. Engineering inspected it the next morning and told us we absolutely could not remain there. We were moved again, to room 1242. The frontline employees were kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Management was the problem. We repeatedly asked what the hotel could do to prevent us from carrying bed bugs into the next rooms or home with us. There was no laundry service, no heat treatment option, no containment procedure offered, and no written policy or protocol available when requested. We were allowed to move the same luggage and belongings from 1638 to 2838 and then to 1242 with no mitigation whatsoever. If we had picked up hitchhikers in the original room, we could easily have carried them through multiple hotel rooms and eventually home. We are now home and spending our own time laundering and heat treating our belongings because the property offered no assistance with this before our departure. Manager on Duty Cole Hughes was particularly disappointing. After initially avoiding speaking with us directly, he ultimately offered no meaningful assistance and told us, in substance, that once we left the property the problem would be ours. He then directed us back to Security, whose staff had already done far more to help us than management had. We requested management follow up in writing while we were still on property. No response. We requested information about what to do if we brought bed bugs home. No answer. We were told Risk Management would contact us in 7 to 15 business days. Before departure, I ultimately obtained the Risk Management phone number from Security myself. I called after returning home and left a message. This is what bothers me most: the Nugget responded to the rooms, but not to the guests. Moving us was necessary. It was not a complete response to a bed bug exposure. If this is what corporate ownership has turned guest service into, relocate, document, pass the customer to Risk Management, and wait for them to leave, it is incredibly disappointing. I am writing this because future guests should know: if you encounter bed bugs here, based on our experience, do not assume the property has a meaningful procedure in place to help prevent you from carrying them elsewhere or taking them home. Security and Engineering deserve credit. Management absolutely does not.

This is not a music venue that is temporary, they have put effort into having a permanent location for shows. There is a lot of parking in the area for the hotel/casino and is available for concert attendees. The audio was done well, especially for an outdoor venue. Up front near the stage the subs were really kicking. The tops were bright and clear, they could be heard quite a way away form the stage. Some front fill monitors brought audio to the front of the audience where the flown arrays didn't reach. The J resort had a nice modern look throughout the hotel as you can tell with the modern art work. I loved the screen puzzle that displayed above the check-in desk. They had a nice screen I noticed too whilst at the pool. They have a cool little arcade center for kids and some restaurants here and there as well as a gift shop. I loved the hall and decor by the elevators but I didn't particularly like the sign in the the elevator that says please don't jump. That kinda makes me nerves as to why would they say that unless their elevators were unstable. The room was nice and clean with a fridge with some complementary water, microwave, and a huge bathroom. It was lacking a safe thought. We went down to the pool but had to bring out towels down as there were no towels by the pool that we saw. Checking out was a but harder as my husband had to call to check out & receipt wasn't emailed until 5 in the evening. It would've been nice to see right away to correct any discrepancies if any. Overall, was a good stay for what it was in Reno.

I've been here at least 20 times and every single time they widdle down your money and you will leave with nothing you came in with. Slots are horrible, Keno never hits, not sure about video poker but I'd be willing to bet (with a much better chance at winning than if I were to bet anything here) that the poker is garbage too. Standard service, not anything to write home about. This is clearly a hang out spot for people that are already poor and Baldinis makes good and sure they stay that way. You know how you walk in a casino and hear or see lots of people hitting jackpots? Not this place. Just people chain smoking to calm their anxiety of getting robbed once again by the infamous Baldinis. Terrible casino. They will try and hook you with promotions but they are only to get you to show up and feel like you have a chance at winning something but you will indeed win nothing so save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Of all the Casinos in Reno/Sparks the places that hit the hardest have proven time and again to be Sierra Sid's (right down the street on McCarran) and Peppermill. I've given this place too many chances to redeem themselves but I always walk out of here irritated. They don't even give you small wins on any of the machines to break you in at even or slightly above. Every machine is the same thing: win slightly less than you're betting to chase a dragon that does not exist. Food is notably priced but again that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. As a Casino this place is more than deserving of a full Zero Stars.
