I was told at 4:45 pm that my pet had been bathed and was dry now they were going to do the grooming. I tried to respond to the text they sent me at 1 pm and I got a response that I cannot send text messages to that number. Normally it takes 2-3 hours and that would be fine if I could have communicated with them. I am waiting in the parking lot for the them to finish grooming. The groomer Stephanie could have been more understanding. It was as if she was uncomfortable with me checking in on the status of my pet. I will not be returning to this location. They contacted me the next morning and were even patient enough to wait for me to answer (screened the call using Google assist since I did not recognize the number). Alexes was professional and asked questions about my dog to make sure it was a good fit. He has never been groomed professionally before so I appreciate that they take the time to ask about the dog as well as my expectations. I scheduled for the following week. The location is easy to find just off 153rd. I rang the bell and was greeted by Angie and Alexes. They let Gryff smell around and smell them while we chatted and I signed the consent form. My boy decided to mark their sandwich sign in the lobby (which I am so sorry for!) I had my hands full with my baby and trying to finish the paperwork but they promptly cleaned it up for me and made me feel comfortable because they didn't have an angry or negative reaction and I knew that they would stay calm with my boy and treat him well. They estimated a 3 hour session and called me after 2.5 hours to let me know they were finishing up.
