The wrapping speed was very quick. For the giftcard, you will need the recipient's name and phone number, so you don't have to carry it to redeem. I like the way the store is set up: spacious with lots of clothing and accessory selections. The product prices seem decent for the Westlake location. It's a plus that they do not charge a fee to set up an appointment like some places do to custom tailor suits. Plenty of parking outside the store.

And Tailor Juan, hemmed the pants in 10 minutes. We found the clothing very high quality for a reasonable price. At our request, they kept a record of all our son's purchases and measurements to make it easy to keep ordering. I came in recently for more shirts and Casey and Christa ordered them to be drop shipped to our son. I had an idea to create some jean tote bags you get for free from YSL when you buy clothing (yes, I splurged because of my job; I landed and purchased something for myself, haha). I then got some pretty high-end zippers, one in gold and one in black. Not only was the job done DOPE AF, but it felt like you could buy them that way! The other thing was distressing some of my coveted jeans. It was challenging to trust Rick blindly, but with my minor update to him and some images I shared, his team came through! Once your suit is made you'll come back for a fee more fittings to make sure you get a perfect suit fit. I loved my first suit and custom shirts so I went back and ordered additional shirts and another suit to round out my collection. If your like me and have no idea what you want I'd suggest bringing some photos of what your going for or letting the experts spruce you up!

The trousers ripped in the crotch and in the seat when I was getting in the car at the end of my wedding night. When I went back they claimed that they couldn't do anything but sell me a replacement pair of trousers. They also put it on the manufacturers of the suit and the type of material that was used. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the material and that this has happened. If I would've know this then I would've just rented instead of investing my money into a suit that was going to get only one use. Be cautious when dealing with Modern Man.
