This review is for the Sip-N Drinks & Treats in Payson, UT. Passing through town and stopped to eat somewhere else. When that restaurant was closed, we stopped in at Sip-N to check it out and use the restroom. Clean, friendly service. Bought 1 fun fruity drink and 4 cookies for the road. The drink was amazing!!! And, the cookies were fabulous. We chose chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip, double chocolate and a sugar cookie. They were all so good. We all said we should have ordered more! Go get some drinks and cookies here; you won't regret it!!! We're pinning this location for our next trip. Craving those cookies right now. read more

My one-star rating is based off my most recent interactions with the store. I was very excited to have them reopen and I've been quite a regular from day one. They advertise being open until 11pm on weekends and I checked and double checked the hours to ensure I could get there before they closed. When I arrived at 10:25, there was another car at the window being helped. I sat at the order screen (after hearing the speakers prompt to wait to order) and waited patiently for help. After the customer at the window had left I pulled up to the window for help and the girl at the window sat there counting money and never looked at me once. I could see the other girls inside playing on their phones, and when they noticed me they said something to the counter girl and they all began laughing and giggling and never once looked over at me. It was obvious they were closing but refused to acknowledge me. After honking to get their attention they informed me nonchalantly that they were closed. You could tell it was a joke to them and they didn't care whatsoever. Interesting how a few snotty teenagers have the ability to ruin a grown woman's evening, but they did. I reached out via Messenger to ask for clarification on the hours, followed by a request to change the advertised hours if they did indeed close earlier. I saw that they read my message and never replied. I reached out again this morning and got a reply, "sorry about that", followed by a bunch of excuses and an obligatory, "come in for a free drink" response that, frankly, just rubbed salt into the wound and reiterated to me that they really don't care. To the management of Sip'n: Customer Care is the foundation of which successful businesses thrive. You'd do well to visit your training standards and offer your young employees some amount of sensitivity training. I would also encourage avoiding generic copy-and-paste type complaint responses. To many of us it's not "just a drink" but much more than that, and I really needed it that evening rather than the shock of being laughed at and treated so poorly. read more

I am a huge fan of sip-n spot! I've been coming to this location since August 2018 when we moved to Payson. The service is always very friendly and courteous. The treats are delicious. I have even enjoyed their smoothies. I usually take advantage of their happy hour in the morning and the price is great! Their fries are honestly the best I have had anywhere in town. Their loaded fries with their ranch dip is the best! As far as their signature drinks, I recommend The Other Wife, it is my favorite flavor combination, or just the Dr. Pepper and Blackberry syrup if you don't like the cream. It's a match made in heaven- and Sip-N Spot is heaven. read more

The service was SLOW! I got my shake .. at the ice was crunchy, it had barely no flavor. I just wasted $6

I asked for a French vanilla iced coffee and when I got to the window I double checked that they put French vanilla in. Take a drink and there is NO FRWNCH VANILLA and the coffee tasted burnt. read more

We ordered two 32 ounce drinks which on their menu say they're $1.85 each with flavor add-ons included. We get up to the window and after taking our card and charging us $5.93 (which we more than we expected) the lady starts handing us three drinks. We told her our order was the two 32 ounce drinks and she then turns, acts like she re-runs our card but doesn't actually do anything and then just hands us our two drinks with the card. She straight up LIED TO OUR FACES after billing us for the wrong order which was her error and then acted like everything was fine and dandy. We've come here dozens of times. We even came here first thing after getting married we used to like it that much. After dealing with someone so dishonest it really just made us reconsider coming back. It's not even about the money, it's just about the complete lack of integrity from the employee who was over 40 and should have known better. It was even more disappointing seeing a review posted 5 hours before on Google where they also ordered two 32 ounce drinks, were charged $5.60 after tax, and were so surprised by the price they asked for a receipt and the cash register printer 'wasn't working'.
