The scheduler and person who answers calls is inept. If asked a simple question about an appointment, she states you are yelling at her and threatens to refuse service. I'm actually sitting in the office right now writing this review. I felt I should get started early and save some time. So far so meh. My appointment was at 3:00 and right now it's 3:40pm and I yet to be called into the back. The most annoying part is they make you fill out this 12 page paper filled with nonsense that took about 15 mins. I felt they could have put this online to save some time for everyone. When I first walked in about 7 people waiting which gave me zero hope the process would be quick. Once again I had a appointment and I am waiting still. What is the point of a appointment if I'm going to be waiting 30+ minutes? I don't wanna be a Karen but that's one of my pet peeve lol. I can accept anything under 30 mins. It is currently 3:47pm. I will update once out of office. Had to update again it is 4:39pm and I'm still waiting! I wanted to make sure I was accurate they have just put me in the back room. It was at 4:45pm. So basically I waited in the lobby for 2 hours. They just took my blood pressure and now waiting on doctor. Doctor came in office at 5:15pm. As far as the visit with doctor it was good very informational gave me the needed things to fix nasal troubles. I will have to update if this was all worth it. All in all the people in the office that work there are super nice, but waiting 2 hours and 15 just to see doctor is unacceptable. Once again I had a appointment at 3pm lol. Made an appointment at this office all the way back before Thanksgiving, appointment was for 1-4-23 (that's the soonest they could get us in). They call us on 1-3-23 to tell us we have to reschedule because the doctor won't be in. So we reschedule for end of January. They just called to tell me they are canceling that appointment also because Dr Kwiatowski is not accepting new patients anymore. Why book the appointment in the first place?? Wasted two months of our time!!! I wouldn't go here if they called back and told me they would see me right now and with no charge. read more

I am 70 years old and I waited months to post this review. I was deaf in my right ear when I entered this office. I was on my last bit of hope to ever hear again. The office staff was so helpful in every way too! The Dr. Assured me I would get my hearing back and I wanted to believe him. Low and behold I was sitting at my computer and a sound I can only describe as a dart hitting the bullseye sound and ping, I had my hearing back. I am grateful and thankful to the dr. And his caring staff. What a miracle. It didn't happen overnight. I had my sinuses cleaned, and a month afterwards my hearing returned. Also, I loved going to this office to savor the beautiful art on the walls. My thanks to you Dr. And to your wonderful staff. Together you people change lives for the better. read more

First off l want to say l called Sinus Solutions because I could not breathe through my nose because l have sinusitis. Manny took my call and he could tell l was having problems and made me an appointment right away. I did not wait in the waiting room very long. Dr.Kwiatkowski was very nice and he took good care of me and set up an appointment for the procedure balloon Sinuplasty It went well. It's been 2 months and l noticed that even though I still have sinusitis I can breathe 100% better. Thank you Dr. Kwiatowski. I honestly hate and dislike giving poor reviews to companies, but when you make an appointment and they the office staff says 3 weeks out and when you arrive you wait 3 hours and get told you still have another hour is a joke! Our daughter needed to see a specialist due to her left ear. Sad to say we couldn't even see the doctor due to this office overbooking people. Not only was it us who were waiting long, another few families were waiting over 4 hours and another 4 and half. I don't know how any company can stay in business not realizing overbooking and saying arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment and only to be sitting there four hours at a time. If you are looking for a caring and expert otolaryngologist, Dr Terrance Kwiatkowski is the One! He is my mom ENT. He treated her for heavy nose hémorragies. He performed several nasal cauterizations to stop the bleeding. You have to wait sometimes but his care and knowledge is worth the wait. Had an appointment yesterday. I appreciated that his front desk lady faxes my the new patient forms so I could complete them prior to my visit. Had a Manometry performed last month at the hospital and the nurse suggested me to see an Specialist. Supposedly I had a deviated nasal septum. After examining my nose, I was glad to hear that my nose was fine beside Being dry. Dr Kwiatkowski suggested me to by a bedside humidifier and apply some ointment in my right nasal to prevent nose bleed. Let me set the record straight, Dr. Kwiatkowski is THE MAN and his office is THE PLACE. Here is why. I have a history of neglected sinus problems. There is "always tomorrow" for treatment, right? Medications kinda helped, but the root cause was unchanged: sinus blockage. Finally, I saw a TV commercial for this place, then called them on Monday and Dr. K. saw me on Wednesday. Good start. No miracles were expected, but how technology and skill have changed over the years, and what can be done in the doc's office nowadays, blew my mind. It took two hours from start to finish to diagnose me, do a Cat scan (type of X-ray) right there at the office, figure out with my insurance plan if the procedure is covered (it was), and do this "balloon-plasty". I felt a little better right away, but the real unobstructed breathing came the next day and never went away. Sinus solved! I was hesitant to write, but read other reviews and decided to put my two cents in. People, stop nagging about the wait! Do you want a doc who takes his time and attends to your pain, but keeps you waiting for a few minutes longer in the waiting room, or do you want a minuteman who is punctual because he flies in and out of the exam room and leaves you suffering afterwards? After a month wait for my appointment showed up at the office and they wanted to see my ID and insurance card and then another girl said no that's OK you're a patient sat down about another 20 minutes later another girl goes you have to fill out all the paperwork so I filled out the paperwork. About a half hour later they took the lady that was in front of us then a girl came out and said the doctor left the building she didn't say an emergency or personal reasons the doctor left the building you can reschedule that has never happened to me before very rude wasted time and gas read more

My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with Sinus Solutions! It's always been very hard for me to breathe since I was about 6 years old. Nasal spray would help me breathe better but I had to use it several times a day to clear my breathing. I found it very difficult to breathe at night because my nostrils would close up. As I got older, I went to see several doctors but all they would do is prescribe more nasal spray and antibiotics. I found myself using menthol nasal spray a minimum of about 8 times a day and I would blow my nose about 10 times a day. Had my Appointment with Dr. Kwiatkowski 3 weeks ago Manny the receptionist was very helpful and professional including all staff and not to mention Dr. Kwiatkowski was very knowledgeable and professional I have had sinus problems for many years and guess what my issues are resolved thanks to the Balloon Sinuplasty Procedure done in office I would highly recommend this office if you suffer from sinus. I just had the balloon sinus surgery two days ago so as far as results, so far I have almost no pain just a little pressure. I wanted to rate anyway because of the excellent customer service I have received already. I was waiting for my insurance to approve the procedure when I found out that my insurance was changing. I called the office and the really nice lady that processes insurance, I can't remember her name, called my insurance to try to get me squeeze me in before my insurance changed.
