I have tried multiple times and their receptionists (who are insanely jaded) just say they don't treat dizziness. If you have an inner ear problem you go to an ENT! They have 40+ doctors and not one of them treats vestibular/dizziness issues? All in all it comes down to insurance for ENTC. It's profits over people. If I had better insurance I could get in but I don't and cannot afford the insurance they would like to see. They are actively ruining the lives of ANYONE with insurance they don't like and they are dizzy. They are contracted with my insurance yet they selectively choose what issues they want to see. ENTC is the epitome of what is wrong with healthcare... profits over people. If you don't treat dizziness/vertigo then take it off your website.

Went to many doctors and they all diagnosed me with acid reflux and they even did a camera check in my throat and found nothing, cost me $5000 just for wrong diagnosed , thanks to Souther Hill hospital ( completely scam ). The process of getting in was welcome and easy, the staffs were all lovely and smiley. QUEEN was helpful on taking me inside and get me going with a CT scan then NICOLE came in with a smile and cared about what I concern, showed me the inside or my nose and carefully explained to me whats wrong with my sinuses, compare my scan with a normal person scan and recommended me for a " Nose Synuplasty procedure ". After the procedure with DR. Vincent Nalbone ( thank you DR ) , I went home to rest and beautifully, the office called me 2 days in a row to check if I was ok and said if ai concern about anything please give them a call. From a POV of a patient , I feel warmness in my heart as my nose healing. 2 weeks went by, I could breath normally and could smell everything including " ALL DA NASHTY THANG IN THE WORLD AGAIN " .I went in for a Post-Procedure follow up. Saw QUEEN and NICOLE again, they were lovely and gave me great news on my sinuses after a few checks. I dont understand about all the nasty review about this WONDERFUL PLACE !?! But Samantha was FANTASTIC, she stepped in and called me when I left a message for my coordinator who was out of the office at the time; and she was very pleasant and helpful when I was in the office for the procedures. The post-surgery instructions are easy to understand but seem too basic for the irritation left. Need more guidance on post-surgery care and what's recommended for the various symptoms.
