The surgery center is across from Ikea. Upon entering, I signed in and the reception staff helped me right away. This is a good thing as some surgery centers will make you be seated before they get you checked in. Upon being called back, the nurse was very friendly and took my vitals before taking me to a bed to get prepped for the procedure. I then met with the doctor, anesthesiologist and the operating room nurses. I didn't have a long wait time and was there a total of 90 minutes from the time I arrived until the time I was leaving. I'm very pleased with the service that was provided and how friendly the staff was.

I made an appointment six months in advance, but when the appointment date finally came, they rescheduled me for another two months later. When I came back for that appointment, they said they did not have my insurance card on file and made me go all the way home to get the physical card. They refused to accept a photo of my insurance card, even though my insurance information had already been saved in their computer system. Because of this, they rescheduled my appointment again--for another six months later. I had also been a patient here a few years ago, and unfortunately, the front desk has always been a very bad experience every time I come here. I have also heard many other patients complain about the front desk staff. Something really needs to change. Patients come here because we need medical care, and the front desk should be helping us receive that care instead of making the process more difficult. Many of us are elderly patients, and we need more understanding, attention, and assistance--not additional stress and unnecessary delays.

After placing many many phone calls the third stat referral was reportedly under review by the ENT doctor, Dr. Wang. After sitting on his desk for over a week I called Stephanie for immediate action. Over 2 days later I am still unable to reach her. I wasted nearly 2 months on this with no treatment. I may have to contact the Mayo Clinic in Arizona to get this tumor removed there which takes only one week. The American Medical Association should review this place and remove their funding. This place is hazardous to ones health, run away as fast as you can.

Went to many doctors and they all diagnosed me with acid reflux and they even did a camera check in my throat and found nothing, cost me $5000 just for wrong diagnosed , thanks to Souther Hill hospital ( completely scam ). The process of getting in was welcome and easy, the staffs were all lovely and smiley. QUEEN was helpful on taking me inside and get me going with a CT scan then NICOLE came in with a smile and cared about what I concern, showed me the inside or my nose and carefully explained to me whats wrong with my sinuses, compare my scan with a normal person scan and recommended me for a " Nose Synuplasty procedure ". After the procedure with DR. Vincent Nalbone ( thank you DR ) , I went home to rest and beautifully, the office called me 2 days in a row to check if I was ok and said if ai concern about anything please give them a call. From a POV of a patient , I feel warmness in my heart as my nose healing. 2 weeks went by, I could breath normally and could smell everything including " ALL DA NASHTY THANG IN THE WORLD AGAIN " .I went in for a Post-Procedure follow up. Saw QUEEN and NICOLE again, they were lovely and gave me great news on my sinuses after a few checks. I dont understand about all the nasty review about this WONDERFUL PLACE !?! My surgery coordinator was not the best and seemed to be rushing me out of the office when I was scheduling so I had follow up questions once I logged into the portal and saw the notes for my upcoming procedures. But Samantha was FANTASTIC, she stepped in and called me when I left a message for my coordinator who was out of the office at the time; and she was very pleasant and helpful when I was in the office for the procedures. The post-surgery instructions are easy to understand but seem too basic for the irritation left. Need more guidance on post-surgery care and what's recommended for the various symptoms.

It's really cool that the provider can visit at home for Medicare insurance. The staff are very attentive and helpful for smooth check up.
