The surgery center is across from Ikea. Upon entering, I signed in and the reception staff helped me right away. This is a good thing as some surgery centers will make you be seated before they get you checked in. Upon being called back, the nurse was very friendly and took my vitals before taking me to a bed to get prepped for the procedure. I then met with the doctor, anesthesiologist and the operating room nurses. I didn't have a long wait time and was there a total of 90 minutes from the time I arrived until the time I was leaving. I'm very pleased with the service that was provided and how friendly the staff was.

When I returned for Audiology, the atmosphere changed. Dr, Daniel was wonderful. I was then turned over to a "specialist" who would fit my hearing aids and test them. From the outset I was uncomfortable and told her so. I have not been able to use ear buds my whole life. Her answer was trying them. I tried calling about two weeks later and left a message with a real person. She claims she never got the message. Over the course of two weeks, I left four more voice mail messages, and no one ever returned my calls. I even tried email to the office manager, after leaving an irate voice mail. Not sure I can even rate the office staff. They were unresponsive and did not help. However, someone was eating their lunch while speaking to me. I like a good fight as much as the next person, but inattention to a patient who obviously has a problem, goes above and beyond bad office procedure.

Went to many doctors and they all diagnosed me with acid reflux and they even did a camera check in my throat and found nothing, cost me $5000 just for wrong diagnosed , thanks to Souther Hill hospital ( completely scam ). Then after checking and couldnt find the problem of acid reflux, the doctor said " call us tomorrow for a follow up". I called the next day and GUESS WHAT?!?! The scammer doctor said " call us back in 3 weeks" , 3 WEEKS?!?! I might as well just die. So I took matter in my own hand and found Dr.Vincent Nalbone after a quick search around the area, called them and they said come in tomorrow so I did. The process of getting in was welcome and easy, the staffs were all lovely and smiley. QUEEN was helpful on taking me inside and get me going with a CT scan then NICOLE came in with a smile and cared about what I concern, showed me the inside or my nose and carefully explained to me whats wrong with my sinuses, compare my scan with a normal person scan and recommended me for a " Nose Synuplasty procedure ". After the procedure with DR. Vincent Nalbone ( thank you DR ) , I went home to rest and beautifully, the office called me 2 days in a row to check if I was ok and said if ai concern about anything please give them a call. From a POV of a patient , I feel warmness in my heart as my nose healing. 2 weeks went by, I could breath normally and could smell everything including " ALL DA NASHTY THANG IN THE WORLD AGAIN " .I went in for a Post-Procedure follow up. Saw QUEEN and NICOLE again, they were lovely and gave me great news on my sinuses after a few checks. I dont understand about all the nasty review about this WONDERFUL PLACE !?! I'd recommend anyone with Ear, Nose , Throat problems to come here and have them fix you.

The most annoying part is they make you fill out this 12 page paper filled with nonsense that took about 15 mins. I felt they could have put this online to save some time for everyone. So basically I waited in the lobby for 2 hours. They just took my blood pressure and now waiting on doctor. Doctor came in office at 5:15pm. As far as the visit with doctor it was good very informational gave me the needed things to fix nasal troubles. I will have to update if this was all worth it. All in all the people in the office that work there are super nice, but waiting 2 hours and 15 just to see doctor is unacceptable. Once again I had a appointment at 3pm lol. My surgery coordinator was not the best and seemed to be rushing me out of the office when I was scheduling so I had follow up questions once I logged into the portal and saw the notes for my upcoming procedures. But Samantha was FANTASTIC, she stepped in and called me when I left a message for my coordinator who was out of the office at the time; and she was very pleasant and helpful when I was in the office for the procedures. The post-surgery instructions are easy to understand but seem too basic for the irritation left. Need more guidance on post-surgery care and what's recommended for the various symptoms.
