They made an appointment for me and even though their office was 50 minutes away from my house I made it on time and waited for about 40 minutes and then they told me Dr is not available and a gentleman but not a doctor will see me... he came and I told him what's wrong with my dry nose and he put some medicine in and told me to keep my nose moist and come back in 30 days.. the whole time I spent with him was less than 5 minutes and of course I was less than impressed by him and his lack of knowledge.... On my way out I made an appointment and two weeks after got a call from the office and they told me they made a mistake and they don't accept my insurance.. I said I understand so please cancel my appointment..: then got a bill from then for 800 dollars. I called and after about a week I was able to speak to Elle who is the office manager and I explained it to her and she said I'm sorry but we done take your insurance.. well they should have told me that when they had all the info from beginning and she said I will do you a favor and charge you half...150 dollars... I asked for what??? I didn't see a doctor wasted 2 hours and she said you can come back again and we I'll charge you 300 for consultant... this is so so bad.... My surgery coordinator was not the best and seemed to be rushing me out of the office when I was scheduling so I had follow up questions once I logged into the portal and saw the notes for my upcoming procedures. But Samantha was FANTASTIC, she stepped in and called me when I left a message for my coordinator who was out of the office at the time; and she was very pleasant and helpful when I was in the office for the procedures. The post-surgery instructions are easy to understand but seem too basic for the irritation left. Need more guidance on post-surgery care and what's recommended for the various symptoms.

The surgery center is across from Ikea. Upon entering, I signed in and the reception staff helped me right away. This is a good thing as some surgery centers will make you be seated before they get you checked in. Upon being called back, the nurse was very friendly and took my vitals before taking me to a bed to get prepped for the procedure. I then met with the doctor, anesthesiologist and the operating room nurses. I didn't have a long wait time and was there a total of 90 minutes from the time I arrived until the time I was leaving. I'm very pleased with the service that was provided and how friendly the staff was.

When I came back for that appointment, they said they did not have my insurance card on file and made me go all the way home to get the physical card. They refused to accept a photo of my insurance card, even though my insurance information had already been saved in their computer system. Because of this, they rescheduled my appointment again--for another six months later. I had also been a patient here a few years ago, and unfortunately, the front desk has always been a very bad experience every time I come here. I have also heard many other patients complain about the front desk staff. Something really needs to change. Patients come here because we need medical care, and the front desk should be helping us receive that care instead of making the process more difficult. Many of us are elderly patients, and we need more understanding, attention, and assistance--not additional stress and unnecessary delays.

He is smart, very up to date with the latest medical findings, and never made me feel rushed. He listens, which is difficult to find these days. He is also open to alternative treatments-he referred my husband to a particular type of chiropractic care when he hurt his back, instead of instantly looking at more invasive treatments. I'm still hoping his office will start taking my insurance so I can go back to him!
