The surgery center is across from Ikea. Upon entering, I signed in and the reception staff helped me right away. This is a good thing as some surgery centers will make you be seated before they get you checked in. Upon being called back, the nurse was very friendly and took my vitals before taking me to a bed to get prepped for the procedure. I then met with the doctor, anesthesiologist and the operating room nurses. I didn't have a long wait time and was there a total of 90 minutes from the time I arrived until the time I was leaving. I'm very pleased with the service that was provided and how friendly the staff was.

When I returned for Audiology, the atmosphere changed. Dr, Daniel was wonderful. I was then turned over to a "specialist" who would fit my hearing aids and test them. From the outset I was uncomfortable and told her so. I have not been able to use ear buds my whole life. Her answer was trying them. I tried calling about two weeks later and left a message with a real person. She claims she never got the message. Over the course of two weeks, I left four more voice mail messages, and no one ever returned my calls. I even tried email to the office manager, after leaving an irate voice mail. Not sure I can even rate the office staff. They were unresponsive and did not help. However, someone was eating their lunch while speaking to me. I like a good fight as much as the next person, but inattention to a patient who obviously has a problem, goes above and beyond bad office procedure.

The process of getting in was welcome and easy, the staffs were all lovely and smiley. QUEEN was helpful on taking me inside and get me going with a CT scan then NICOLE came in with a smile and cared about what I concern, showed me the inside or my nose and carefully explained to me whats wrong with my sinuses, compare my scan with a normal person scan and recommended me for a " Nose Synuplasty procedure ". After the procedure with DR. Vincent Nalbone ( thank you DR ) , I went home to rest and beautifully, the office called me 2 days in a row to check if I was ok and said if ai concern about anything please give them a call. From a POV of a patient , I feel warmness in my heart as my nose healing. 2 weeks went by, I could breath normally and could smell everything including " ALL DA NASHTY THANG IN THE WORLD AGAIN " .I went in for a Post-Procedure follow up. Saw QUEEN and NICOLE again, they were lovely and gave me great news on my sinuses after a few checks. I dont understand about all the nasty review about this WONDERFUL PLACE !?! Dr Wu was very helpful and knowledgeable yet personable. Dr Patel is definitely charismatic, personable and helpful. The nursing staff were genuinely caring especially Yessica, Haylee, Sherilyn. Sherilyn took care of me with zero signs of annoyance every time while rapidly assisting me and genuine cared for my well being as a person. When I vomited, she was patient and genuinely caring. She rapidly yet constantly provided me with food when I asked for food after no solid food for approx 24h. Haylee stood out by how much she cares for her patients in making sure I was fed which is a big deal because I hadn't had a meal in over 24 hours. Though a nurse in training, Southern Hills would be unwise to not hire Haylee as a nurse when the opportunity arises. Yessica, just wow. The nurse that everyone would want. She acted like a patient advocate and helped in make sure surgery heard my concerns. While helping me she seemed genuinely concerned. So Yessica I would say: efficient, patient, professional and a true patient advocate (aka nurse). Southern Hill is very fortunate to have her. Would I return as a patient in need. Yes.

They didn't have the equipment or staff there they did the tests today on arrival and we'll get the results in the morning. he has been fully sedated for 24 hours to protect his system There are five of here in two hotels. We only have hope to cling to. Update following day: He has a 24 hour net cap on his head to monitor brain function followed by a MRI and resultS tomorrow.
