Everything was explained clearly, from treatment options to pricing, which I really appreciated. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well-organized. What stood out most was how personalized everything felt--they didn't just push a one-size-fits-all solution, they actually tailored things to what I needed. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a place that combines medical care with real wellness and performance optimization.

The office itself is very stark white and freezing cold, so definitely wear a jacket. The biggest issue for me was the payment. My appointment was $250, and I used my HSA card. They charged me an additional $8.50 just for using a card. I understand businesses have processing fees, but charging clients extra to use any kind of card -- especially an HSA card for a medical appointment -- feels excessive and should be clearly stated upfront. Write your fees off at tax time. Don't charge the client! Between the long wait, cold environment, and added card fee, I probably won't be going back to actually start hormone therapy

I thought it would eventually get better from what was a low point in 2023, but no, it absolutely got worse. Because my other provider left, I had to change but still wanted to stay for convenience. After a visit for prescription refills, one never got processed. I've left countless messages (via voicemail -because they never answer their phone- and also messaging through their sophomoric app) with 0 response so now am out of medication. When asked what can I do, Stephanie from scheduling just responded 'nothing, that I had to wait for a callback.' I'm trying to tell you no one is calling me back?!? The lack of care at this place is astounding. I also just received an incorrect referral which was supposed to be for a gastroenterologist, but instead received one for a vascular surgeon. Uhm, what?!? Attempting to pay a balance, both in office and over the phone, is a joke as well. I was told their computer system hasn't 'synced' yet with the old company and they wanted to give me a number to call for billing. Uhm, no. 1st their billing error occurred after they already moved to Intermountain and 2nd I'm not calling a separate number, if you claim I owe you money, then you contact me because after trying to give you money and you deny it, I'm not going to go above and beyond to get it rectified after it being your mistake in the first place. Seriously, healthcare and insurance sucks as it is. Don't make it harder by coming to this place. It's seriously a joke.

Second incident was over proof of insurance ID, and could've been handled with better communication from their front desk. Two seconds after presenting my DL and insurance ID, he said he can't verify my insurance and gave the option to proceed with appointment uninsured or can reschedule. I CHECKED IN AND UPLOADED MY INSURANCE INFO 24 HRS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT. It only took him two seconds because he already knew, didn't need to double check. He waited for me to show up in person to tell me this, instead of as soon as they were aware. Front desk needs to be retrained on basic communication with their patients.
