Dr. Nasri is a compassionate, professional, and straightforward physician. He took the time to explain every detail of my surgery before the procedure, making sure I understood everything and felt comfortable. He was also very easy to reach when I experienced an emergency related to a different surgery, and I truly appreciated his responsiveness and care. Dr. Nasri's entire staff is phenomenal. The ladies and gentlemen in the office are always attentive, courteous, and extremely helpful with paperwork, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Nasri and his team to anyone looking for exceptional medical care. read more

If I could give this place a -10 I would. Don't bother calling, faxing or emailing as the vm says. I sat on the phone 25 minute and still no answer. I faxed 4X and no response, I emailed 3X and no response. When I arrived for my appointment they asked had I done this and that ..... Ummmm NO! The Dr. you sent my referrals to does not take my insurance. Had you responded to my email, vm, fax you would have known that. I had the surgery and all he kept saying was I healed you, I healed you. I felt like he was showing out in front of his resident that was following him around. I saw him a week after my surgery and again .....I healed you. Never touched me just look at the incision from across the room. He then took me to the front and said ....Give her an appt 3 months from now.....FOR WHAT??? YOU HEALED ME!!! BUT PLOT TWIST!!! It's been 2 months and I don't feel any better. This place is a joke!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED 05.20.2026 - FOLLOW UP I called today to get a receipt of my surgery bill. I was on hold 24 min. The first visit, aside from the two hour minimum waiting period, was pleasant. I didn't see him, I saw his PA. I was examined and put on medication to exhaust all medical management so surgery could be done to correct a severe deviated septum. This was documented by several images I had done, among them a pet scan, and several CT scans over the years. Miserable physical conditions had caused me to become depressed thinking I'd never get help. I was told four months was the minimum for insurance to approve it. At my final meeting with this egotistical idiot, he proceeded to tell me he saw nothing and I had simple allergies. I explained I didn't, I'd been down that road before and tested. I'd shown negative results on every previous test. He didn't listen and I was given a referral so I could go to yet another dr apt for absolutely no reason. read more

All i can say is DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I got a referral from Dr Thomas office. This is my 2nd time calling. Neither that office or Nasri office can call a new patient back - phone picks up after 6 mins only to be put on hold for another 5 mins, and nobody even picks up. Who the hell has time for their nonsense and negligence. NO THANK YOU. Where do i begin. I injured my nose almost 18 year ago while deployed. I got fixed up and thought i was good. Iver the years it got worse and i thought thats how life would be from now on. I know stupid on my part. Finally i could not take it anymore. So the va sent me to dr nasri. He told me i had 80% blockage on one side and 90 on the other. I had no sense of smell and my cpap machine could only do so much when i was sleeping which is a problem. He broke it down on what his plan was. 1 minth later i had the surgery and went great. I am not someone who gets emotional so when they pulled out the packs i broke down. This morning i went in for my 2 week post op. Dr nasri scraped the rest of the stuff lingering in my nose and i took my first real deep breath through my nose and i was amazed. He told me its only gonna get better.thank u dr nasri for giving part of my life back. read more

Fire the entire front office staff and replace them with intelligent, helpful people than know their jobs and understands that without patients, no paychecks. Total incompetence. I have had a breathing issue for over a year. I had the first referral declined on January 17, 2025 by the receptionist. She explained that the referral had expired which it had not. I subsequently billed the office for my wasted time which they of course never paid. Next referral was in early September 2025, after I completed a "Sleep Study" in July that had revealed sleep apnea. Nasri's office screwed up the A-pap prescription request and has failed to respond to ANY requests from my wife or Preferred Home Care, the supplier of the A-Pap equipment. This prescription was written on January 19, 2026. It is now March 13,2026 and no equipment. I do not recommend this practice.... PERIOD! read more

Interesting character. His theatrics are a little much for me. He has an entourage to make a grand entrance. 2 hour wait time even with an appointment. Came with a VA referral and was skipped by 5 other patients who arrived 30-50 minutes after I did. Front desk says it's based on your arrival time. I arrived at 1150 for a 12. And was skipped by 5 people who arrived at 1230 and later. All of the 1 star reviews are accurate. Don't waste your time. Definitely sending a complaint to the VA. If you can't serve patients you shouldn't be in VA community care. A veteran stormed out at 45 minutes when I first arrived and now I understand why. read more

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Nasri and his team as a patient from January 2026 to August 2026 for a total thyroid removal. I was so grateful to his staff for accommodating me within a week from when I was referred to them by my Endocrinologist. If they hadn't done that for me, I would've had to wait 7 months for a different doctor. On his wall, he has an awards for "BEST ENT Surgeon in the USA" and from first hand experience, I can say that he truly is the best! I can barely tell I have a scar on my neck from the surgery. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. They have a sign that says wait could be 2 hours, but I never waited more than 30mins to be called. Shout out to his staff for being so efficient, welcoming and kind to me. I can't thank Dr. Nasri and his staff enough for helping me through my hardest health struggle so far in my life. I had a long journey before actually being referred to Dr. Nasri. It was a long wait, but once I got in to see him and was evaluated things moved very fast. I had over two years of finally being diagnosed with a very over active parathyroid and after biopsy was referred to Dr. Nasri. His staff is very busy and sometimes the waits are long but in the end he and his staff are very professional and exceptionally skilled in their tasks. He is very straight forward and direct and I could see how some might be put off by this, but it is really what more Drs. need to be with their patients. Told me what I needed to do prior to my surgery as my blood pressure was elevated and informed me of the risks if it wasn't taken care of and he would not do the surgery if it remained high. My blood pressure was stabilized with medication and he scheduled my surgery. He is the absolute very best at what he does. I have an almost completely invisible scar on my neck. My hospital stay was overnight and he was in bright and early the day after to check on me and insure I was well enough to go home. My labs were good and in normal range right after the removal of my parathyroid. I just finished my last visit and he checked my scar, my most recent labs as well as putting the scope down my nose to check my throat and gave me a clean bill of health. I've lived in Las Vegas for about 10 years now and have heard horror stories of experiences with Dr's and offices but I consider myself very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Nasri and appreciate his exceptional skills and care and would not hesitate to see him again if need be! No matter how the long waits in the office, he has many patients and some requiring his immediate attention for sever health issues. He is one of the Very Best! Thank you Dr. Nasri and staff for helping me. read more

Waste of time. Don't bother scheduling an appointment, the lady behind the counter said it's based on your arrival time not your appointment time. So you can show up to a scheduled appointment on time and still have to wait for 2 hours to be seen. Then they give you incomplete forms to sign, like they provide the signature page for the documents, but you have to ask for the rest of it to k ow what you are signing. It's malpractice how they treat their clients. read more

I am almost two weeks post op from my surgery with Dr. Nasri. He removed a thyroglossal duct cyst in my neck. As I playback my experience with this office, my best advice to anyone reading this is, trust Dr. Nasri, trust his staff and trust the process. When I was first referred and called for an appointment, I was informed how this was a very busy office and malignancy cases take precedence. Sometimes it would appear the staff and Dr. Nasri do not adhere to social pleasantries we have come to experience or expect from a specialist's office. Get over it. These people are professional, efficient and work very hard at providing excellent care. Consider yourself lucky if you are in this doctor's hands or if you are facing an upcoming surgery. Dr. Nasri is meticulous, bordering on OCD. Isn't that a quality you would like in your surgeon? My incision site is healing beautifully as am I. read more

Please do not go to this ENT. The service provided by front desk and billing department was absolutely terrible. The professionalism is non existent. After I called my Ins to clarify my copay this office still charged me 340 dollars when my copay was supposed to be 30 dollars. When I reviewed my EOB my copay was in fact 30 dollars. I reached out to the office to have my 310 dollars refunded Joyce and Angie both gave me a very very difficult time, and ultimately told me I would have to wait months to get my refund while both being condescending rude and down right unprofessional in the process. Do not go to this office. read more

The receptionist on the phone is in Lala Land; she does not know what exactly her attending does. At first, she said he treats only thyroid-related complications. Then I asked if he also has a specialty in endocrinology, and she said, uh, no, he treats cancer. I asked her, "Is he an ENT oncologist?" She said, "What?" Long story short, after talking to her for 11 minutes, I got my answer: yes, he treats patients with hearing loss; however, he does not treat patients with ear infections. Now the funny fact is that on their website, they say, "Our practice treats ear, nose, and throat problems, from general ENT issues such as ear infections to complicated head and neck cancers". https://drnasri.com Apparently this doctor switched his journey several times, getting residency in ENT, then multiple fellowships on some other specialty like reconstructive surgery, etc, so technically he has license to see patients with ENT-related conditions, but apparently he pick and chooses patients. That's why Mary had a hard time talking to me on the phone. read more

I would never recommend Dr Nasri to anyone but specifically to anyone who has Optum healthcare. I went through weeks of waiting for an appointment and getting a CT scan of my sinuses only to be denied surgery. Dr Nasri told me I needed sinus surgery, and he has performed the surgery numerous times. However, he then smugly said he no longer does surgery for those with Optum insurance because Optum owes him a lot of money for past surgeries. He referred me to a doctor at UCLA. Really?? Of course, none of this is in the medical record, and the receptionist told me he puts nothing in writing, so there's nothing for me to appeal. He told me I'd have to wait until open enrollment in October to change my insurance and start the process all over again next year. What a guy! read more

Dr. Nasri knows his shit. Excuse my language...but that he does. His office is filled with his diplomas and awards and it's definitely reassuring when you are going to have your throat cut open. By the time my paperwork from my specialist got sent to Dr. Nasri, I had done my homework. It's amazing how many of my friends had Dr. Nasri perform their total thyroidectomy. When my endocrinologist said that he is the best, he seriously is. By the time I got my appointment scheduled, it was about a month out. When we arrived for the first appointment the waiting room was full. I ended up waiting for him for about 2 hours just to talk about the procedure. We went through my two options/ hemi thyroidectomy or a total thyroidectomy. I opted for the total knowing that it was possible I had cancer on both sides. He had a long discussion about the pros and cons of both. I got my pre op paperwork and was told to get it done before the surgery date. Did that and I met with him right before the surgery to discuss cost and logistics. I waited about 2 hours again for this to happen. I met him at Summerlin Hospital and he was on time for the surgery. Afterwards, he met with my husband and told him his findings but of course we had to wait for the biopsy report. I remember coming out of post op and a few nurses commented on how it was definitely Dr. Nasri's work since I didn't look like Frankenstein. He's good at what he does and the nurses know that. He ended up releasing me the next day super early in the am. I had a post op appt a week later and since it was early in the morning the wait was minimal. Overall, the wait can be long (but the wait is long anywhere I go for specialists) but it's worth it to get the best. My scar is small and he does answer all your concerns. read more

Got a referral from Urgent Care to have a cauterization procedure since I get frequent nosebleeds without notice. I called to get an appointment and the person that answered the phone told me that I had cancelled an appointment in 2023 and they would schedule those procedures that I had cancelled. First off, I cancelled because that problem cleared up on its' own without medical intervention. I told her that, no, I did not want to do those procedures, I only wanted to schedule a cauterization. She said, "we don't do that in this office." Really? That's a load of you know what!! Luckily, I was able to call the Urgent Care and have another referral sent to Ear Nose and Throat Consultants of Nevada, who actually do this procedure and BTW were so pleasant on the phone and couldn't wait for me to call back after I got the second referral. I will inform my insurance that this doctor does not perform this simple procedure so they can direct their clients to a doctor who actually does this procedure. When you have such unprofessional people who answer the phone, I can only imagine how unprofessional the rest of the staff and doctor are. I went there one time, was not allowed to speak as he was dictating something into a machine. Never, ever, ever will I darken their doorways, and I will let anyone who needs an ENT know NOT to go there. read more

****Disclaimer: I am not a doctor. My review below is only to share my opinion and is not to be considered any form of medical advice.**** If you have not done any homework about your diagnosis of thyroid cancer, you will know no better than what the doctor tells you. In my case, my cancer is 8mm which per the American Thyroid Association is considered a microcarcinoma (cancers less than 1 cm in size). The link below is to AMA's page entitled Microcarcinomas of the Thyroid Gland. Under this, there is an article regarding Active Surveillance. https://www.thyroid.org/microcarcinomas-thyroid-gland/ When asking Dr. Nasri if I could monitor my microcarcinoma because I read that it can be done, he said that is NEVER recommended in the United States. He said that surgery is always recommended, he said that I was talking way too much, and said that he doesn't know where the "hell" I read that. HEY, DR. NASRI, CLICK ON THE LINK ABOVE AND READ "ACTIVE SURVEILLANCE." This came straight off the American Thyroid Association's website... you know the one you were discussing earlier in our appointment about their guidelines that came out in 2018 regarding thyroid lobectomy. You are now so informed as to where I read my info. The same place you read yours. Also, you were my second opinion doctor. The surgeon I went to last month knew exactly what I was talking about and took no issue with me following up with him for another ultrasound in six months. By the way, if you do so many of these surgeries per year as you claim, invest in ultrasound machines for your office like the other surgeon I went to see has. If you go to Dr. Nasri, I encourage you to do your homework and ask questions. Just not too many... He doesn't like them. Dr. Nasri's staff was very pleasant. Dr. Nasri, not so much. Bedside manner does not matter to me. I don't get insulted. Ignorance, however, disgusts me. That's not saying he is not a good surgeon. He's just not the one for me. read more

Went in for a simple ear wax removal, this laughable clown of a dr comes in, with 2 interns which he did not even introduce, ask if I minded or bother to ask my permission for them to be there. Moved straight to my throat, pressed around and tells me I have thyroid cancer and must schedule a needle biopsy through his office immediately. I laughed and said, so you can see through skin? He looked over at the interns, both standing there with arms folded, he said to them, "you can see it right?" * * * When he realized he didn't scare me, since I'm not an idiot, he sat down and asked about what insurance I have. Immediately upon returning home to NY I scheduled an ultrasound of my thyroid... found out he wanted to remove a perfectly healthy thyroid...
